Deeply sorry to hear about this - I hope that this didn't completely ruin your daughter's big day. Things have been moving a lot slower recently because of the constraints of the pandemic and shortages of hands on deck due to people having to self-isolate due to contracting the virus or as a precaution.
That said, the time you have had to wait is unacceptable and I would like to see if we can get this issue resolved for you as immediately as we can. The absence of a dispatch email is particularly problematic, as this should go out to you automatically, as it does with all our customers and for that matter, customers across the online sector.
Because I can't see details such as order number etc on here, what I would like you to do is to email elena@go2games.com, stating your item and it's vital statistics (order number/product name) plus everything you've stated in your review, my colleague should be able to process your refund for you - and/or failing that, give you a reason as to why this hasn't happened yet.
Understandable as to why your frustration might rise slightly at the thought of having to send yet another email but I can assure your that my colleague will do her level best to bring this to a satisfactory close for all.

Still waiting on £200+ refund for faulty item.
I recieved a faulty product and contacted go2games to arrange a refund which was accepted. I was sent official DPD return documents which I sorted and my package was collected and returned to go2games by DPD on the 3rd of February. DPD even attached a photo of it being recieved. Go2games have since been ignoring many of my emails regarding my refund as I still (today is the 17th of Feb) do not have my refund. This item cost over £200.
When I do get an email response it is entirely generic and no attempt is being made to assist in the refunding process despite having had the item for 14 days.
I of course will not be purchasing from them again and would urge anyone considering them to look elsewhere. This is still ongoing and I will be contacting the financial ombudsman this afternoon.

Our apologies for what you have unfortunately had to experience here. In the last six weeks, we have been compromised from time to time by colleagues either contracting Covid-19 and isolating at home, or colleagues isolating due to having been around others with the virus - all of which has at times limited what we are able to do/access.
That said, none of the above is a good enough reason for the delay you have experienced. Assuming at this point that your refund still hasn't come through yet, my colleague Elena, who is reachable via email at elena@go2games.com would b able to shed some immediate light on this matter. I understand that the last thing you want to do is to send another email but if the matter is still outstanding, she will be able to help bring it to a swift resolution.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish
