If I could rate 0 stars I would.
Ordered my item a month ago and never got it, tried to send and email but then it said their email has been deleted and isn’t able to send it. Scammers.

Ordered an item, it said ‘1st class delivery, between 1-3 days’. It’s been 4 days, no update, no reply to my email, poor customer service. Probably got scammed and won’t even get my item.

When you want a thingy and the seller gets you a perfect condition thingy you can only give them a like.
Their staff may be packaging that perfect thingy at the end of a cattle prod and you would not know the difference.
I hope it is all sweetness and light over at Simply Games.

Great simple service game arrived on time in good packaging. Also great to be able to use pay in 3 PayPal service help spread the cost.

I should have known, this is the second time this has happened. Ordered a game with a known release day, well in advance and it hasn't come on the release day. Pretty sure it'll be blamed on Royal Mail (standard go to excuse) so here's a tip: don't ship with Royal Mail or, send it to them two days before the release day... And these smaller companies wonder why Amazon is used so much...

Excellent delivery speed and exactly what I ordered!

I placed an order for Paldea Evolved booster box at a fair price, only for the seller to cancel it without any explanation. At first, I assumed it was a mistake—until I saw the exact same item relisted shortly after at a much higher price. This kind of price-gouging is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. If they made an error in pricing, they should own up to it instead of wasting customers’ time.

They never once explained what had happened and left me feeling very frustrated.

I won’t be shopping here again, and I’d caution others to be wary of their business practices. If you’re looking for a reliable and honest seller, I’d recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Terrible delivery service

Ordering and price were great but that’s 5 days now and still nothing delivered have to wait 10 to complain and then even longer for them to investigate
Used many times in past and all been great but let down this time so far

Update: Game never arrived at all sent email to them and got a refund 6 days later . Would have preferred the game but never got offered it just a automated reply of refund issued

Item arrived on day of release and because it was a pre order it was at a competitive price.

Bought on Thursday, received on Friday. Absolutely fantastic service, never had a problem with this company and will continue to be a return customer.

A pre-order copy of Dragon Quest III HD-2D arrived in time for its release, which is great and thank you for that, but a pre-order bonus code was never emailed to me, in spite of it being advertised on their pre-order page. Their customer support has not responded either and it's been 2 weeks.

Pre-ordering is the only opportunity to get a pre-order bonus, so if that one shot matters to you then you could be taking a risk by going with SimplyGames.

Great service. My DVD arrived days before I expected it, and was good value for money.
