Further to my review on Go2Games
Further to my review on Go2Games, I still haven't received a full refund or an email from Elena, as mentioned by Niro.
I have sent all the information to Elena at Go2Games with my booking order number 736342. I have not received anything back at all.
I do not have the have the headphones and Go2Games still has my money since the start of January 21. So I would not recommend buying anything from this company, the customer service is terrible. I will be making a full compliant to the Ombudsman this week. This is simply unacceptable. MH
