Order never arrived, took 3 months for someone to answer my email.
I ordered a Nintendo Labo on 12/11/20 as a main Christmas present and it did not arrive. My children were gutted, as they had asked for it and I stupidly thought it would arrive in time. I tried for 3 months to get in contact with someone about it and it wasn't untill my most recent email about leaving online reviews that someone finally got in contact and issued me a refund. I wouldn't recommend their customer service at all.

A joke of a company
This is just a joke, how hard is it to reply to one stupid email? I have been emailing these guys over the course of 4 months and have only gotten one reply.
Honestly unbelievable, I expected way better from you guys with your "good customer service". Phones are closed and emails arent being responded to, this is very frustrating. I sent my controller so long ago, did everything you asked me to do and have not heard a word from you afterwards.
Give me my controller back or a refund.

Comes with EU plug
Great service a quick delivery but xbox came with an European plug which I don't recall seeing anywhere on the product information screen. Now I've had to buy an adapter and wait for that to be delivered before I can test the console.
