Colis mentionné comme livré à mon adresse, alors que j'étais chez moi, et je n'ai rien reçu!!! Comment peut-on mentionné un colis comme livré à mon adresse alors que je n'ai même pas ouvert la porte ? De plus, je contacte le service clientèle actuellement, on me transfère au dépôt pour me mettre en rapport avec le chauffeur, voilà 45 minutes que je suis en attente et personne ne semble avoir envie de prendre la communication !

I scheduled a pick up, They didn't show up until the following day when they said they would be their the same day for pick up. i expected the package would be delivered on the next business day. but nope still not delivered. Its just sitting in the depot! Worst service will never use them again!!

Pour un service de transport et de livraison, ils n'ont vraiment pas l'air d'avoir l'intention de faire des livraisons. Délais non respectés, mensonges sur des soit disant passages où personne n'était présent, mensonges sur des "problèmes d'adresse", pas d'appel téléphonique, pas d'excuses, pas de SAV qui tient la route. manifestement le pire service de transport qui existe.

Colis attendu le 3/06 donc sms reçu mais aucun livreur à l’horizon ,donc j’ai demandez dépôt à un point relais mais non déposé , j’apelle le 10/06 colis détérioré mais super scotché pour réparation donc a venir récupérer sur place à st Geny le matin je par récupérer le colis non il est reparti

Wil pakket terugsturen en woon in Amersfoort maar daar zijn alleen ophaalpunten. Moet dus naar Leusden om een artikel terug te laten sturen, ontmoediging, desinteresse of kiezen bedrijven GLS, zoals Intertoys, om zo weinig mogelijk retouren te krijgen?

Een zeer slecht service, ik heb altijd probleem met dit ke leverancier. Lang duurt bezorgen, mijn buurens altijd thuis, of ik thuis maar altijd heb melding niet thuis. Wat is dat?

Ma complimenti ancora una volta. Amazon mi comunica attraverso il venditore che la spedizione sarebbe stata consegnata oggi. Sono le 19 e ovviamente niente. Generalmente dicono che l'indirizzo è sbagliato. Ma ho controllato e quello che ha inserito il venditore è ok. Cosa si inventeranno stavolta???? Quando arriverà il pacco, se arriverà???? Si parla della sede di Reggio Calabria.....vergogna

Perdono una spedizione e per loro è una cosa normale, poco importa del disagio che arrecano al cliente, se vi è possibile rivolgetevi ad altri corrieri, peggio di GLS filiale di Codroipo non possono essere

Senza voto...ingiudicabile.. la risposta di GLS è quella di chiamare il numero dal quale non risponde nessuno perché tutto computerizzato...Digiti il numero dell'ordine e stranamente il computer non lo capisce... È una presa in giro .. in più bugiardi!!! Non lo consiglio a nessuno da evitare..

Company gave a date and time of attempted delivery. I was home at that day and hour, and I don't believe they came and knocked or rang the doorbell. Neither did they leave an 'attempted delivery notice' like other carriers do. I just don't believe their statement that there was a delivery attempt.

Drei (!) erfolglose Zustellungsversuche obwohl die Öffnungszeiten und ein Ablageort gemeldet wurde !
Das GLS Depot zur Selbstabholung liegt über eine halbe Stunde Fahrtzeit entfernt. Die Fahrer dürfen nicht klingeln, nicht anrufen, dass sie vor der Tür stehen, noch beim Nachbarn abgeben. Es muss doch möglich sein innerhalb von 8,5 Stunden Öffnungszeit zuzustellen

Om 12:50 bericht gekregen dat om 13:30 een pakket zou worden bezorgd. Behalve dat dit wel erg kort dag was is er ook niemand geweest. Ook geen bericht van vertraging o.i d. Wel om 14.30 een auto van GLS voor de deur gestopt, maar niets afgeleverd.

Very very rude and arrogant customer service, not delivering in time
They shouldn't be on the market.
Anyone having issue with them should report them to a customer protection office.

Una stella perché meno non si può.
Millantano errori e indirizzi sconosciuti senza neppure provare a consegnare. Vergognosi.
Ogni volta che trovo il loro nome su una consegna so già che ci saranno ritardi e problemi seri.

Das liest man doch gerne um 12:58 Uhr, wenn man zu 2. zu Hause ist und auf das Paket wartet. Nicht mal ein Zettel im Postkasten. Absolute Frechheit!

Bad customer service , bad tracking , not on time , missed deliveries . gls should be terminated ! horrible company

Delivered wrong address first week March. Company replaced shipment same week and GLS returned new shipment to company??? Then the company replaced the product again a third time. Guess what they still have not delivered, although they claimed they were going to deliver all day via their tracking first 3pm and the last a 8pm. I don't know why any business would use these people they do not deliver like they say they will on their map and website are rude on the phone and have worthless Customer service. GLS should go out of business they are worthless.
