Wow how slow are these guys at delivering , hard to get hold of customer service to try resolve the issue ordered 2 weeks ago now

I still haven't received my order from 29th of September, i requested refund, and haven't got that either. There is nobody i can even contact about that, please don't buy anything from this company, i never had such a bad experience anywhere else.

I love the products & placed an order on 2nd October, I have had a few emails to say it is delayed, but I didn't expect it to be this long as it was a birthday gift.

I placed an order on 27th sept and I am still waiting. There appears to me no way to contact them other than getting an automated email that says allow 10 working days which my order is well past followed by an email asking for 1 more day to providing tracking details. This isn’t specific to my order and I am still no closer to finding out when my order will be dispatched or requesting a refund

I placed a large order with Give Me Cosmetics on September 30th, and as of October 18th, I still have not received my items or any updates regarding dispatch.
Rather than receiving my order or a realistic timeline for delivery, I received an apology email from the CEO. Shockingly, the "apology" consisted of a discount code encouraging me to spend more money on their website, when they haven't even fulfilled the original purchase I paid for!
Like many others, I trusted this brand because of their highprofile influencer partnerships with figures like Safiyya Vorajee and Ashley Stobart. It is deeply disappointing to see a company invest heavily in paid online marketing and influencer campaigns while completely neglecting basic fulfillment and customer support.
If Give Me Cosmetics put half as much effort into fulfilling orders and treating paying customers with respect as they do into paid promotion, they wouldn't have these issues. Very disappointing experience, and I will not be ordering or reccomending again until this is resolved.

Like a lot of people on here I've ordered before including during busy periods and never had any problems but my last order was placed on 3rd October and it still hasn't arrived.
I'm going to cancel my order, please don't take forever and a day to process the refund I need the money to buy skincare elsewhere

Love this product,message with an enquiry and they sorted straight away ,will definitely be buying again .

Delivery late (not arrived), no personal interraction just automated replies. Can't speak to a human. They are a disgrace, never use them.

Please can you tell me what is happening with both my orders.
I have no satisfactory response via your customer service emails, even with the quote from your CEO's email, so in desperation, I am pleading with you for an update on here.

They are, as you can see, both 12 working days late now.
I'd prefer both of my orders rather than a refund as they include gits for other people.
Can you please dispatch them.
I'm not asking for the world, just the items that I have paid for.

I’ve waited 12 days for my first ever order
To arrive! Most are items I need and some are gifts
It has been that long and it’s still not been sent out yet and all they send you is a stupid Ai message rather than dealing with it! Many other customers are having difficulties too with theirs! And delays
It Wouldn’t surprise me if they went down one day ☹️I’m very disappointed with all respect no one should ever have to wait that long .. their birthday gift is majorly late! very upset ☹️please do better

And items shouldn’t be missing either if they are when it finally arrives I’ll complain again for sure

Placed an order on 29th September 2026 and still hasnt arrived (17th october 2026) the order was a birthday gift and their birthday is today.
Safe to say i will not be ordering from give me cismetics again!!Very disapointed.

I have ordered the give me cosmetics black friday boxes for years. They have always posted quickly and had really good customer service.
This year they haven't been prepared for the quanatity in sales and haven't been at their normal standard how ever I am sure they will ensure that next year's sales will run smoother.
I am still giving 5* as my over all experience with give me cosmetics has been excellent and my kids love getting the black friday boxes on christmas eve. Products are Excellent value for money

Love the products , but ordered on 6th of October now 17th no delivery no way of contacting them really disappointed

Absolutely awful! Ordered quite a substantial order on the 2nd of October. Several emails sent requesting updates and cancellations, including one specifically stating OCTDELAY in response to their "CEO" email, to request a cancellation. Still no update. Will have to claim a charge back through my bank.

If i could give this company a minus stars then I would and I will continue until I get a refund. They reply back to your emails days later and say the same thing over and over. No refund and no order and they just say there too busy to keep up!!! Not good enough

i made a few orders within a week or so of each other there was a sale on and the offers were amazing . Since trying there products i would definitely purchase again in the future . Delivery took a bit longer at this time but that’s totally understandable seeing as there was a fantastic sale on . Any problems they are very quick to sort out with no hesitation at all . if your looking for great affordable hair care there shampoos and conditioners are amazing and they have ones for every hair type also the lip glazes are just the best

Not sure I would recommend I placed an order at give me cosmics on the 6th of October, we are now on the 16th October 2026, I have been in contact with them about my order as still unfulfilled on there end, they said they have a 12 day delay at moment, I have since a few days ago requested they cancel m order and refund me as now not going to be delivered in time as was a gift for a friend. But yet again still no response I just want my order cancelled and my money back , so would I recommend not sure as communication is shocking

Waited over 3 weeks so so far & not received my order. I sent a message & i got a generic response telling me i they cant tell me when my order will arrive & not to contact them anymore as they are busy & it will delay "ppl with real issues" getting that issue resolved. they said they could refund me which looks like they have no intention of sending order. very disappointing that they take ur money with zero intention of sending ur order. 7sed to work in a fraud department of a bank & this feels like a scam site with bot reviews

Orderd some hair care products. Almost 3 weeks later and they still haven't arrived. Numerous emails sent by myself requesting a refund. Several emails sent by said company with various explanations regarding the delay - but still no delivery date or a refund. Avoid .

Absolutely terrible customer service. No reply’s from emails. Ordered 25th September no communication to say order would take longer then the 3-5 days advised on the website. Automated email after I submitted a enquiry to say please allow 10 working days. Waited 24 days with no communication or items received. When I spoke to someone on WhatsApp they didn’t even offer to look on to it for me and get it sent out just said we can cancel the ordered. Looking at other reviews I’m not the only person who isn’t happy with this company. It’s a joke
