We moved to giftpay from a previous rewards provider.
I received lots of support from Rebecca Whitehurst and her help was invaluable! The system is free to use and even comes with customisation for the business without cost.
The vouchers are user-friendly and wide range of companies are available to use.
I'm very happy with our switch to Giftpay!

Excellent Experience.
I used Gift Pay in a previous company and on moving roles made a case to use Giftpay for a new staff recognition scheme that was being set up.
The set up process was so easy, with Kristy taking care of all our branding needs very quickly.
We are now using Giftpay for our staff in both the UK and the US, the gift cards are received almost immediately, the reporting is great, the service is excellent if you have an issue (or make a mistake) and we have had very positive feedback from staff regarding the amount of options available when it comes to spending the voucher.

Been using GiftPay for ages and never have a problem with it, vouchers are always sent when they should be and uploading is easy.

However, I entered the incorrect email for a voucher so the wrong person received it. Thankfully, they hadn't spent it, so I emailed Kirsty who immediately actioned the cancellation within minutes.

I was then able to issue the voucher to the correct person and no harm was done.

This was the first time I had used the Giftpay service and found it easy to use. My first transaction was quite a large one and Giftpay helped me by increasing my limit and then offering me a 1% discount on any future transactions. I have not had the opportunity to use them since but would not hesitate to use again in the future.

Angelfish have been using GiftPay for the past few years and have been impressed with ease and speed of use, the variety of brands/ retailers offered and the customer service. Thank you GiftPay!

Received vouchers as compensation totalling £75 via GiftPay from their client AngelFish. GiftPay let me select retailers that didn’t even allow you to the use their e-gift card for online purchases in the first place and you won’t know this until you actually go to buy something using your e-gift card!

The retailer I selected does not have a physical store in Northern Ireland so the voucher is useless to me! I contacted GiftPay and they initially reassured me this would be easily reversed as NO money has been used on the vouchers and now they have emailed me that they can’t and to give it to a friend or family who can use it?

On their website when you redeem voucher it advises 15 minute time window to reverse the selected retailer and this is also false.

I suspect this happens quite often as when I called Angelfish to explain they gave me the number for GiftPay and wished me luck basically!

I guess all the unused vouchers (which have a suspiciously shorter expiry date according to GiftPay) are most likely reimbursed to GiftPay and so it is beneficial to pretend like it’s not technologically possible to refund me for an unused Gift card that their client has already paid for!

When you call them it just sends you to Vodaphone voicemail!

We use this for participant incentives. The team are so friendly and helpful, they're able to quickly amend things their side and are always responsive and happy to help. Great service!

We were looking for an incentive/gift giving service for our team and came across GiftPay. It really is such an easy way to give a little something to your staff and even your friends. The GiftPay staff are really helpful, and the website is so easy to use and there are so many merchants to chose from too. I highly recommend Giftpay, you would be daft to think of anywhere else to send a gift card through :-)

I work for a charity and we have been using Gift Pay since the start of the pandemic. The system has been fantastic, especially during lockdown. Prior to using the Gift Pay we had to visit local supermarkets to buy vouchers and then deliver them to charities and school to be used by families in need. We now just need to email directly to a school or group and they can access the voucher immediately. Kristy who I have dealing with at Gift pay has been so helpful throughout the past 3 years, helping me with any issues very promptly and answering any questions I have.

So happy we found Giftpay! They are a pleasure to work with, very responsive and helpful, and the process of ordering vouchers is so easy. I'd recommend them to any business.

Very simple and easy to use for a large volume of vouchers we needed for our staff. Communication with account manager Kristy was very quick, friendly and efficient. Spoke to a colleague who received a voucher and they were very positive from an end user perspective, particularly that they could use in multiple places and the time expiry was so generous too. Would use again.

I was surprised by how easy it was to use Giftpay... I was expecting it to be a lot more time-consuming.

We have used GiftPay for a while now for all our reward and recognition schemes, and the system provided is easy to use and navigate. We also love the fact we can brand and personalise certain elements of the vouchers. Would definitely recommend.

This is the second company in which I have now used GiftPay and as a project manager I find it an excellent mechanic for recognition and celebrating successes.
The service level in the UK is excellent; I am always kept up to date and feel well supported with excellent response times.

Kristy made the experience easy for me, clear and concise descriptions put me at ease, I must admit I was very worried, you never know if something may be a scam but honestly Kristy made it super easy for me and put my mind at rest from the outset!!
The feedback from customers who have received their gifts so far has been super positive, the range has gone down a storm from Nandos to Tesco, really easy to use and great customer service...my life has been made easy from here on in!! From the setup of the account, to putting funds onto the account, to uploading a spreadsheet with recipients and them receiving the gifts took less than 3 hours!!

So so impressed, although I was told bank transfers can take 2 days but it really was swift and simple!! and worth waiting 2 days in honesty

Using the service has allowed me to work smarter not harder!! Also, they do incentives and I run two companies so double the simplicity and a bonus for my efforts!!

Used a gift pay voucher and was really happy to see the choice of retail establishments I could shop at. When using the voucher through my phone I opened it at the till point and was able to access it through a process making sure I was ready to use it then, it was safe easy and very helpful. Excellent customer service received from GiftPay. They responded to my query within a few hours and were able to rectify a mistake made by myself when ordering gift cards for use outside of the UK. Would highly recommend them.
