I was struggling to activate my JD gift voucher and contacted customer service for assistance. Rebecca was very helpful and gave me updates while she was investigating this for me. This is a great gift card, easy to use with plenty of retailers to choose from, you can even split the gift card between different retailers

As a company we are using Giftpay for a year and half now, and we are really satisfied with almost everything. They have a really good choice of retail brands in several countries, the system is user-friendly, all of our mangers are using it without any problems. The customer service is really good, always trying to help us with any issues, always replying within day or two. I can only recommend it for international companies like ours. We would love to have even more brands in some smaller countries, so I hope with time it can improve.
