Incredible & delicious crab legs!

Ordered SNOW CRAB (MERUS) LEG MEAT (16oz)
Amazing process of shipping the crab leg meat promptly, plus following the directions to eat cold or warm, is spot on for delicious crab legs. It’s just like getting the meal at a high-end restaurant, except you can enjoy it at home without dealing with the shells. Highly recommend giving this a try. Say goodbye to imitation crab!

Crab and lobster!

I have gotten crab and lobster and both were delicious. It's so easy to just warm up in butter in a pan and eat. So simple no shells, just eat and enjoy.

Best seafood

I have ordered the scallops, lobster claws and the crab. Is it expensive? Yes but remember you pay for shells that you can't eat anywhere else. Everything I have ordered has been loved by everyone and with minimal work... so delicious! I also have received bonus gifts, so nice!

Oh my goodness - the best seafood!

Oh my goodness, I want more GetPrimeFish.com! It can be difficult to find good seafood in the middle of the country, and this is where PrimeFish absolutely shines! They have The Best seafoods, and they deliver so quickly I swear I can hear the ocean! Three times now PrimeFish has been the star of family gatherings, well, dad has been the star, but the seafoods have been the winners. So tender, so sweet, so sinfully delicious! I cannot wait to place my next order!

Fresh seafood

I ordered from prime fish twice now. The crab meat and scallops and apple desserts was my first order. It was delicious. It was so delicious I placed a second order. More crab meat scallops and I’m trying the fish this time. The product is so fresh and delicious. I’m sure I’ll order more. Oh and I ordered the lobster. You can’t go wrong. Fresh fresh fresh.

Regarding the subscription: it was not possible for us to ship an order after a cancellation had been processed, if your subscription was cancelled before the order processed, you would not have received it. If you believe there was an error, please reach out so we can look into what happened. Regarding your delivery: if your order arrived thawed or warm, you had up to 8 hours from FedEx's marked delivery time to file a claim at getprimefish.com/pages/claims with photos, and we would have provided a resolution right away. This is a scam.I got multiple texts and emails to use a coupon code they sent me. After putting together a $375 order I tried using all the codes they sent me and none of them work. It is a false enticement to get you excited about buying their products and them when you get to the payment page it has already entered your credit card information somehow and pretty much hide the button where you get to put in a discount. However it doesn't matter because non of the discount codes work. Don't even bother with these people

Don't believe the hipe

Don't believe the hipe. Not quality product although it did arrive frozen. First time customer. Will NOT be a repeat customer. Too expensive for what was received. Maybe 4 pounds of crab legs for $305. Outrageous!!!

My order arrived 2 days late and was warm. I emailed the company and filed a claim. It took over a week to get any response. After responding, they refused to refund. Over $300 in the trash! Scam company!!!

Emailed customer service to update delivery address…. They responded and sent my order to the wrong address anyway…. Now I can’t get a response or any communication…. Spent a LOT of time money for nothing: Really disappointed in the non-communication…. Be careful before you buy!

They don't tell you their product is shelled in China and Indonesia. Then is packed and shipped to wherever. It is buried deep in their website. Posing as American when so much can go wrong using China is inexcusable

Absolute trash

Absolute trash. The crab arrived. Smells stinky and even after cooking it smelled like old fish. Crab should not smell or taste this way. Ade Osinowo From their customer support responded asking if I need help with cooking instructions. Oddly enough I worked in kitchens my whole adult life and I actually reached out prior to make sure I did it the right way. Which I did. I was offered NO solution other than they stand behind all their products… well, their products are not fresh and tastes horrible. This was the only site I could leave a review, I looked high and low to leave reviews elsewhere which is damn near impossible to find. Makes one think, how do they have such great google reviews if you can’t leave one??

The snow crab legs are terrible

The snow crab legs are terrible. They tasted fishy and were not sweet at all. We followed the instructions to a tee and are so disappointed in the product. Not only is it way over priced for what you get, you will not be happy with the taste!

Unresponsive Customer Service and Slow Delivery

I ordered over $1000.00 worth of seafood for New Year's Eve and it is now January 4, 2026 and I have still not received it. In addition, I have sent emails and have had no response. Very disappointed with this company and its lack of customer service!

Poor customer service

My original order was shipped on 12/10/2025 but did not arrive until 12/16/2025. It arrived completely thawed. While waiting for the order to arrive, I reached out to PrimeFish customer service through their chat feature because I was worried about how the product would arrive and if a replacement would arrive in time for our celebration dinner. The rep I chatted online with offered to help me place a replacement order, which I did. I had now spent $600 total between the two orders. I asked the customer service rep about a refund for the first order and was advised to file a claim when the order arrived. I did this within one hour of the order arriving completely thawed on 12/16/2025. After several emails following up on my claim asking about my refund, I received notice that a new order was shipping. I did not want another order - I did not need 2 full orders of snow crab (to be honest it wasn't that great the first time to want to eat it again). I have asked multiple times why customer service offered to help me place a replacement order if they were going to ship me a replacement and not offer a refund, but I haven't been given an answer on that only a link to their policy stating they only send a replacement when it is the carrier that delayed the order arriving. I do not recommend ordering from PrimeFish - customer service doesn't respond in a timely manner if at all, they are not helpful and there is no way to elevate your issue.

Prime fish crab leg meat

I bought the luxpack leg meat - 5 packs of them…I’ve tried them 2 times and actually trashed the second batch. I went exactly by the directions and the crab was mushy and briny. Not worth the price at all!

Scam company!

This is a scam company! I ordered the 4 ib crab leg meat package and received a confirmation email and my credit card was charged. I never received any communication after that - no shipping confirmation or order updates, even though I emailed them several times. To track your order you are forced ro download the Shop app, which also never showed a status update. I finally had to cancel the order with my credit card company. A total waste of time. I should have known better than to order from a company advertising on Instagram. Buyer beware!
