The seafood, and selection was excellent.

I was alittle skeptical on my first order but it was well worth it. It's the next best thing to getting it FRESH! Being a Chef I treated it as i would any FRESH Seafood & my recipes came out great.

What impressed me even more than the seafood was the customer service. I had some hiccups with my order, but they listened and heard my concerns and immediately addressed them. That's why I went back and gave them my business again.

Ever product I have from Primefish the items have outstanding. Crab claws are amazing they are my favorite. Also like the scallops, crab leg meat. They are simply the best place to order seafood.

I would rather have snow crab from Primefish than king crab legs. All their products are high quality and well shipped.

Fast shipping. I ordered twice, once for son in FL and once for daughter in NY. Both arrived frozen solid. The product is exceptional and very easy to prepare and serve. Not only is it more convenient than crab in the shell to store and prepare for big family dinners, but the clean up is just as great! No shells or butter flinging around the dining room, no need for hammers or breakers. Worth the price for me.

After receiving the cold packed crab, I place it in the freezer and take out a package when needed. It's easy and fast to prepare. I warm it up and then incorporate some vegetables and make a great stir fry out of it or eat it by itself. The texture of the crab stays intact and is not mushy. It has a great taste.

When you first see the price tag, it’s easy to think, “This is too expensive.” But once you compare the quality of the products, especially the crab leg meat and crab claws, you’ll realize where your money is going. These products are far superior to what you’ll find in your local grocery store, and even better than what I get from my regular fishmonger, where I have to shell the products and wonder about their quality. I’ll happily continue shopping at Prime Fish and won’t regret it.

Very high quality product, reasonable priced.

I have ordered the scallops, lobster knuckle meat and crab legs/claws. All arrived quickly and in excellent condition-still frozen. I have the scallops on subscription-they are large and sweet!!!!! I sear them on both sides then spoon the melted butter over them. My husband can’t get enough. There are 19-20 scallops in each packet so plenty. The lobster knuckle is so delicious. I laugh when I think that lobsters were considered poor people’s food and was fed to the servants in days gone by. Any of the products I have received have been so easy to take out of the freezer to thaw and have ready for a meal. Since the meat is already cooked meal prep is only 5-10 minutes.

Prime fish is excellent quality. I’ve ordered from them many times and very satisfied. They have excellent variety. Arrives frozen. Try them

I Love PrimeFish in every aspect of a seafood delivery company. There are a couple of other seafood companies you can order from Topsail or Fresh Seafood. They do not compare to the prices, the deals, the different variety package deals. PrimeFish also give away seafood practically every week if you order from them which other companies do not offer. They package and seal everything so fresh and the delivery is on time. Most of all everything taste like it was just caught from the sea. My brother turned me on to PrimeFish and he loves it as much as I do.

Meat was excessively small. You should warn about salt content. I was very sorry that I spent that much money on your product. I tried it twice and trashed the remainder

The Prime Fish company is truly the best of the best. No shells, just heat and enjoy. No fishy taste, fresh tasting from freezer to mouth, seriously. My husband hates cracking, shelling crab or lobster. Now we heat and eat. They do all the work, so the price is within reason and they even put the butter in the box. I have had them deliver 3 orders over the last year with no complaints from me. On time, still frozen in their sealed, insulated box. ❤️🦀🦞

As we live far away from Prime Fish, the logistical aspect is very important. This means , that the their exquisite products never arrive thawed or with the package in bad shape. Prime Fish has a very accurate shipping system. This has been key to us as we have experienced that providers near to us can often not keep up to these standards.

We placed two orders so far and both seafood orders arrived well frozen and tasted fresh. (Scallops, lobster, crab, salmon, crab & lobster cakes) We had no regrets at all. We will be making another order soon.

The only item we wouldn't purchase again would be the prime butter. We weren't a fan of it.

I am a repeat REPEAT customer. From my very first order I was hooked! The quality and taste is truly outstanding. I have to admit I was not impressed with the price at first, but after trying the seafood I understood. To anyone on the fence about trying PrimeFish…I PROMISE you won’t regret it!
