False advertising. They were having an amazing special. 1 day only. 3 free small packages of crabmeat. I placed an order for crab and lobster meat. The 3 free packages showed up in my cart. Then I paid
AFTER I PAID ,ALL 3 FREE PACKAGES OF CRAB MYSTERIOUSLY DISAPPEARED FROM THE ORDER INVOICE. Interesting tactic. Not dealing with SCAMMERS. NOPE.

As a first-time customer, I couldn’t be more impressed with Prime Fish Seafood’s customer service!

I placed my first order online this morning using one of their specials, but after I completed my purchase, I realized I had forgotten to apply the $20 coupon they had emailed me when I signed up.

I sent them an email around noon on a Sunday, honestly expecting to hear back on Monday. Instead, within 20 minutes, I received a friendly response letting me know they would honor the coupon and refund the $20 back to my credit card.

That is what I call exceptional customer service! It’s rare these days to find a company that responds so quickly and takes care of its customers without any hassle. Based on this experience alone, I look forward to receiving my order and will definitely be ordering from Prime Fish Seafood again.

I had previously purchased the crab, and it was excellent! The next purchase I made was lobster. Yesterday my daughter and I prepared (really you do nothing but defrost and warm it up in melted butter) but we were soooo disappointed the lobster meat was tuff and dry. We opened a second bag, thinking maybe it was just that package, but NO the second package was just as dried out, flavorless and tuff to eat as the first. I would buy the crab again but, NEVER the lobster😵

Well I spent over 300 dollars and received three packages of crab leg meat. It was very good but I thought this would be delivered each month for that price. It is very expensive. I’m just gonna stick with the crab legs I can get from the grocery store. Just cost way too much for the 3 small packages I received. Not sure the date I received this. It’s been a while since

Customer service does not exist with this company. I have received no reply or response to my questions and it’s been 6 weeks now.
The crab legs were shipped and packaged nicely. They looked good. I prepared some twice now and followed the directions exactly. The crab legs had a stinky odor and an unpleasant taste. We had to throw them out. This appears to be a scam company, at least. I would also be afraid that these legs might not be safe to eat.

I got an email offer for a free bag of crab claws with purchase. I bought some crab legs, used the offer, and paid.
An hour later they emailed me that they had taken the free crab claws away, without any reason. I asked to cancel the order, and they never responded to my emails.

I love crab legs, but the mess and time it takes to get to the good stuff is annoying. This crab is so good, and no waste or work opening the shells while the rest gets cold!

My order was short an item. I contacted Prime Fish with a claim and they immediatly sent the missing item. Excellant customer service!!
Prime Fish sells the freshest most delicious seafood availible online, bar none!

Don't waste your money. The crab does not taste like crab...there was no sweetness that you get with real crab meat.

The crab legs were excellent. I live alone so the order was just for me. Single order sizes would be welcome. They are a little pricey, but I’m sure I’ll order again.

I rated five because my first order some was thawed out, I took a video of my order and then, I contacted Customer Service. They responded right away. I let them know and they said go ahead and toss it and they went ahead and replace my order right away. My new order came frozen and all of was very tasty and great to eat would buy again and again and again. They take pride and what they do.

I placed a couple of orders and the 2nd shipment arrived not as frozen as the initial order, so we were a little hesitant to use it - but froze it immediately anyway. I contacted the company and inquired and their customer service was stellar - sending me a full replacement order at no charge!! Incredible these days to find such a customer focused organization! Oh, and the product was terrific as well (crab and salmon)!!

The products are excellent and delivered fast. They are properly frozen when they arrive. The customer service is outstanding. I had a problem once, not related to them and, it was solved immediately. I continue buying from them.

My family has been purchasing products from Prime Fish for at least a couple of years now. We love snow crab legs but taking the time to cook them and then spend a great deal of time to remove them from the shell was too much to handle on a regular basis. Then we discovered Prime Fish and their LuxPack of Snow Crab leg meat. We have purchased this many times and have never been disappointed. We have since added the Snow Crab Claws and Lobster Claw Meat to our orders. Absolutely Wonderful!

Fantastic products. Dedicated company to high quality and not just processed food.

I recently discovered Primefish, let me honestly tell you if you enjoy seafood try them. Have ordered twice will be ordering again. Their products are top notch the crab and lobster are my current favorites. Their packaging and delivery service is great and is worthy of the price.
