I love the platform. The NP was great to deal with. I don’t think her decision was the best. I needed an antibiotic and I still do need one because my gums are swollen and my vertical is really bad although she did not know at the time that I had vertigo. I feel that is brought on by the infection, but what do I know. My tooth has pain all night from the infection. I feel the quicker I start anabiotic the better. The Advil gives me some relief, but not enough to help with the infection in my gums.

The nurse practitioner was very helpful ...she understood our situation with our autistic son and ordered a prescription...was very pleased with her service!

The NP gave me a speedy consultation which I had hoped for due to the nature of my injury. He explained his decision to issue a prescription and I will be able to pick it up tomorrow at the pharmacy. Thank you Maple!

Maple is always fast, easy and convenient! I receive care very quickly and get what I need everytime. The doctors/nurse practitioners are always lovely to deal with and help me with whatever I may need!

No fuss, no muss, all at 9:30 at night. Damn shame the NB government has abandoned a Canadian service provider in favour of a high pressure foreign sweatshop. The instant they try and sell me stuff during a health care issue is the instant I’ll be done with them.

Awful experience. I have coverage, used the service last month for a prescription. This month they are claiming coverage no longer exists. I administer the plan, coverage is definitely in place. Support was completely dismissive, could not tell me if it will take hours or days to correct and suggested I find a walk in clinic. Totally unacceptable!!! I will be exploring other options for my staff coverage
