I had previously had a prescription that wasn’t working so I stopped. Came back to see if there was another option and filled out the questionnaire yet again and paid the visit price of $40 to be denied care. Glad you took the $40 for nothing

I'm sorry to hear about your experience, and I completely understand how frustrating it must be to go through the process again only to not get the outcome you were hoping for.
The good news is that when a treatment visit is denied, the $40 visit fee is automatically refunded. It should appear back on your payment method within a few business days. If it's been longer than that and you still haven't seen it, please reach out to our support team and they'll be happy to look into it for you.
