I had a great experience with Dr. Majlessi Koupaei through TIA Health's online appointments. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to listen carefully. Everything felt clear and unhurried, even though it was virtual. He provided excellent advice and handled my concern efficiently. Highly recommend him if you're looking for a reliable online family doctor in Ontario!

Lab Requistion I requested was never received
I scheduled an appointment with the doctor who said will send me the prescription and the requistion, but it was never received. Doctor didn't even listen to me and disconnected the call just afyer saying she will send it without answering any further queries.
I have since reached the platform's support several times using the web form but there has not been any response, not even an acknowledgement. And there is no other way to contact them either. I would highly revommend to skip this and go for some other telehealth platform even if they are slightly more expensive.

Provider was over 5 minutes late to appointment. Spent less than 5 minutes with me. Her second sentence was asking if I want to go on glp1, not why I was there. Front desk tried to make me appointment in Pasadena or West Hollywood! Looks fancy but not worth it

Tia Health is so simple to use. I am able to choose my doctor each time and I use the same one, which makes my ongoing issues really easy to manage. He's fantastic. Tia will send you estimated wait times, but I have rarely ever waited more than a few minutes outside of my appointment time. I can't recommend it enough and tell all of my friends about it. Super grateful for this platform!

The provider forgot to send my requisition so I wasted $65 on my consult.
I paid $65 for a weight loss consult. The next step was to complete bloodwork before I could return for a follow up visit. The provider never emailed me my requisition and it is not in my portal. I double checked my junk mail. I am not happy with my experience and I should have gone to another online platform.

Booking was fast and easy, I was able to get an appointment an hour later. The doctor was on time, renewed my prescription and faxed it to my pharmacy. Quick, efficient, wonderful experience.

This is the future of doctor appointments. I just wish the doctors that used it actually treated you like they are your family doctor. The only thing to blame is Canada's healthcare system.

Dependable and good for one time sickness etc. but its hard finding a spot sometimes there is no available times for the day youre lookoing for.

Absolutely terrible
Absolutely terrible. An hour wait on the phone only for the doctor to be quite rude and dismissive. Had a complete disregard for me and all he said was i'm not sure you should go see someone. Did not seem to listen to me or my complaints and simply wanted to pass me off. This was a horrific experience. There was no care about the extensive wait time which i would have completely understood had my experience been different. He acted as if he just wanted to get paid. A waste of my time and money please save yourself the effort and go somewhere else or do not book with Dr. Onyedikachi Igbo.
