Ordered on September 14. And now it’s November 17 2024 , I haven’t received it yet from yunexpress! Until now it’s still processing.

I am actually giving this a Zero star but in order to write a view you must touch a star, I three necklaces in October 6, I can't hear and I emailed many times but no response. Lier lier. I will never order from this fake company.

Zero stars for sure. Absolute trash company, terrible customer service and liars. Ordered necklaces, been processing for 3 weeks and when I googled this company, many disgruntled customers said they haven’t received their orders or did but it took 3 months. Unacceptable. After placing my order they emailed saying they are backed up and the order will be 10-15 days delayed. They don’t respond to emails or messages until you make your bank give you a refund and then all of the sudden it’s oh your order should be delivered shortly (the tracking says it’s still being processed) and once you get your order can you please contact your bank and reverse the chargeback lol. Don’t give your money to these scammers. Whoever runs this company has no idea what they’re doing and just lies or doesn’t respond and they delete or filter out angry comments left on their Facebook page.

Zero stars!! Order from this company and spent a lot of Money!! Have to now deal with visa as this is a fraudulent company that doesn’t respond! My order is saying delivered but with a tracking number that doesn’t belong to any carriers! no way of actually tracking and getting the gps location of delivery because the tracking doesn’t exist

This company is a scam. They take months to even ship it out and won’t respond to you. Screw yall

I’m giving them three stars because I did receive my first order and everything came in fine. It took over three weeks but it was delivered. Then I made a second order and wanted to cancel it (same day). Haven’t heard anything or been refunded and that was two weeks ago. So I would say horrible customer service.

They shorted me a necklace from my order over a month ago and still have no respojded to my multiple emails sent or send the missing necklace. Will never order from them again - trash.

Order never came, nobody is responding to my messages.
I placed order 17052 on 5/19. It took over a month to ship. It finally said delivered but my package was nowhere. I reached out to company, they said to check with my neighbors and contact usps. I let them know I am the only one with a key to my mailbox and I never received a usps tracking number from them. I didn't hear back from them so I emailed them twice more and still haven't heard back.
