I ordered on Black Friday and never received my order. I emailed multiple times and just recently put in a fraud claim against them Do Not Order front this company!!!! SCAM!!!!

This company should be shut down. Placed an order, received an email saying it was our for delivery but didn't show up for 2 weeks. Then when it did, 1 of the necklaces were the wrong metal. So I emailed them and they responded to the first email, after that I haven't heard from them. I believe they are ordering from overseas and they have no quality control bc of it. It would cost them too much to make things right with their customers, so they don't. Do not order from here. Go on Amazon. It may cost a little more, but it will be right... And if not, Amazon will fix it.

I recently purchased four bubble necklaces from Bella&Co as Christmas gifts. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. Out of the four necklaces, two broke just two days after being used. I reached out to their support team on December 27, 2024, with a detailed email and photo evidence, requesting a replacement or refund.

Despite following up multiple times, I only received a vague response on January 1, stating that they had informed a team to address my concern and asking me to wait. Since then, there has been no progress or meaningful update, even though I followed up again on January 6.

The lack of urgency and poor communication has made this situation even more frustrating. It was embarrassing to gift items of such poor quality to my family members, and I am still waiting for a resolution.

I cannot recommend Bella&Co based on this experience. If you value customer service and quality, I suggest looking elsewhere for jewelry.

If I could give zero stars I would. I never received my order from November 23, 2024. I ordered it waaaaay before Christmas and it was never fulfilled. It is a scam, with only one source of contact that is an email. Ridiculous, because no one answers it. Also, there is a poor small business in Pennsylvania named Bella & Company who is getting a bad reputation due to Bella & Co.’s horrible and unethical practices. Check the contact info if you need further proof that it is a scam.

Honestly i am very disappointed,i ordered last Oct 27,2024 and its more than 2 months and i haven't received my order until now ,i emailed multiple times but the generated customer service keep saying the same thing everytime..i will never recommend this shop to anyone and have the same trouble like me 😩😩

Placed my order on November 17th. Website said order by Nov 26th for Christmas delivery. Well, finally after 2 months and 5 unanswered emails I just got my necklaces today. Very aggravated at the customer support, which was nonexistent. I sent 5 emails inquiring about my order, none were answered. I tried contacting through Facebook, and got an automated response for further help to send an email! And the tracking number is a scam. Not a real tracking number. It said my item was out for delivery on 12/15, yet received today, Jan 8th. Do not buy from this company, you can find these necklaces from many other more reputable sites. I shouldn't have fallen for the Instascam. At least I did receive the necklaces, but too late for Christmas! I guess I will put them away for birthdays. Very disappointed.

Ordered a custom necklace that came spelled wrong despite the receipt and jewelry tag having the correct name. I have emailed customer service many times and gotten no response. I’ve messaged on FB and Instagram and no response. It’s been weeks.

I ordered 8 necklaces and the first one I wore broke instantly. I emailed costumer service 3 times and got not response. I am disappointed in this company and DO NOT recommend to anyone. Horrible quality product and customer service.

This company is a total scam based on my experience. I order from them on Dec. 8th. I watched my order on the Shop app and it showed up like expected. On Dec. 11th I received an email saying a shipping label was created with a tracking number (in house tracking #.) On the Shop app it read ready to ship. As of today, Jan. 7th, it still reads ready to ship on Shop. The tracking number still directs me to nothing. I have emailed twice and Facebook messaged with no response. I have received numerous emails promoting products to purchase. I have also received an email from Bella&co about leaving a review but it sends me in an endless loop where there is no option to leave a review. So, to sum up, they have worked very hard to look like a legitimate company doing all the right things, but are NOT!

Do not buy from this company. I will never buy from a company that has no customer support or phone number. Order is taking forever, they do not respond to emails, and I want a refund. Which will probably be an awful process as well.

I purchased the 'Bella & Co™ Dainty Bubble Necklace'. The product description states: Adjustable Chain Length: 14-18 inches. However, the product I received was NOT adjustable and was exactly 17" long. Unfortunately, the chain was too short and fit like a choker instead of hanging lower around the neck as pictured on their website. Also, the website states: "USA: 5-15 business days" for this product, but it took almost 4 weeks to arrive. Tracking status lacked details and transparency, so it was difficult to follow along.

Website photos are deceiving. Much bigger than expected. They look small and dainty online, and they are huge and cheap looking. I didn't even gift the 8 I ordered because I did not like them. Took FOREVER to arrive. Still only received 4 of the eight (2 orders). Customer service did not respond to my inquiry, but they send ads probably several times a day. I was sent an email to "leave a review" and when you click on the link, there's nowhere to actually leave a review!! The link instead takes you to shopping. Would not recommend.

Ordered 9 necklaces on 12/8/24. I received a shipping notification on 12/23/24. Items arrived on 1/4/25. So yes, it is legit, just takes a while. It doesn't help that they do not communicate with you at all. There's no phone number, only an email. I sent them numerous emails and did not get one single reply. The tracking was not actually trackable either. As far as the nine necklaces? They're OK. I just received them today so I don't know if they will tarnish or break. The font is super tiny. They don't look as cheap as quarter machine Jewelry, but they're not a very shiny pretty gold either. It's just eeeh. Lord knows I can't do anything about it because I know they won't reply to my emails. So I'm stuck with the 9 necklaces which I will still gift as intended. Will never shop there again though.

This company is a scam. I ordered 3 necklaces back in November hoping to get them before Christmas. It is now Jan 4th and I have no necklaces. The tracking information they sent me doesn't work. There is no number to call. They don't respond to emails or messages through Facebook. Horrible horrible company!
Finally got the necklaces on Jan 15th. They are cute but very flimsy and cheaply made. Don't know how long they'll last. Will NEVER order from this company again!

Writing this as I'm sat having breakfast with my girlfriend who I got the 3 bubble letter necklaces for on Black Friday for Christmas. The reason why I say this is because the chain has just snapped on her necklace, literally without her even moving her head. It's obviously happened earlier but she didn't sleep it in and me haven't been in a mosh pit before breakfast so no head banging!

2 stars as the order came well in time (unlike it appears a lot of other folks' orders) and it was what we ordered but clearly the quality of the chain is dire.

I ordered on Black Friday, hoping to receive three necklaces before Christmas. It's now Jan. 3, and I have not received my order. I have no tracking information and can't find my order on their website. I've had one response from customer service, saying they were updating the tracking portal on their website. I've also contacted Shopify as I ordered through the Shop app.

Ordered at beginning of Dec ( 12-9 ). Still have not received any of the necklaces I ordered. Have reached out twice to Customer Service. To date, no reply from them. Would not recommend ordering from this company.

It took weeks to get my crap necklaces! CHEAP TERRIBLE QUALITY!! Save your money. It took a month to get them, arrived after Christmas snd so junky I’d be embarrassed to give them out!! Tried to get tracking info and they sent a standard form email with no info, stating how everything is custom made….i call BS! This stuff is junk!! Literally threw them in the garbage
