Ordered the Easter sale for buy one get two free. Was supposed to come a while ago and never showed up. Keep getting emails saying it’s on its way but haven’t gotten it.

Ordered three necklaces from them in the very beginning of November 2024. I’ve gotten no product and every time I get an email response from them which is about every 30 emails I sent them, they send one saying “we’re trying to get this to a team member that can help you. “ Definitely not getting a refund. I just would love to get my product.

I understand small businesses and I like to support them, but this is absolutely unacceptable. I don’t think I’ve ever gone onto trust pilot to complain about anything but here we are, I guess there’s a first for everything and a lesson behind it all.

We ordered in December 2024 some items for Christmas gifts. We started to write them emails in early January, always getting only put off, they were continuing sending excuses all the time. That shop is surely a scam! If you don´t want to lose money, just don´t order anything!

I placed an order for Christmas gifts that delivered early December 2024. They didn't send me part of my order and refuse to answer any of my emails. I've been sending them emails since and it's now been 5 months. There is also no phone number to reach them, which I find odd. Seriously, what a scam. Such a shame.

Do not use this company. They are a scam. I ordered something 2nd week of December and showed shipment on multiple occasions and it never showed up. Now I ask for a status and it shows delivered with a picture at a different house. Now I have to put in a claim with the postal service? Shame on you.

DO NOT BUY FROM RHIS COMPANY... They send you the wrong order and even when you email them proof of their invoice, proof of what they sent, they still claim to have sent you the correct order! Ummmmm fix my order!!!
Don't waste your time with this BS company! They turn off their comments on their Facebook and Instagram for a reason!!!!
Received my incorrect order in Nov 2024 and still 4 months later in going back and forth with them trying to get my order corrected!!

Horrible customer service! I ordered three necklaces in November, got them in January and one of them was of the wrong color. I emailed them at least 5 times and never got a resolution. Absolutely unacceptable. Don’t order from them

I ordered a necklace from them. As soon as I received it my daughter tried it on and it immediately broke. I emailed customer service with pictures and they said they will get back with me. I emailed two more times because they have not given me an answer if they will send me a new necklace or refund me my money. Beautiful necklace but I will NEVER order from them and I will let everyone know to not trust this company.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered three personalized necklaces as Christmas gifts from Bella and Co. back in December, and it is now March—I STILL have not received them. This company has been an absolute nightmare to deal with.

Their customer service is beyond atrocious. I have reached out multiple times, only to be met with generic responses, empty promises, and complete disregard for my concerns. Every time I contact them, I either get ignored or brushed off with excuses about delays—yet, they had no problem taking my money immediately. At this point, I have no necklaces, no refund, and no patience left.

I have never dealt with a more unprofessional and dishonest company. They ruined my Christmas gifts, left me out a significant amount of money, and have done absolutely nothing to make things right. I will NEVER order from them again and will make sure everyone I know stays far away from this scam of a company. If you’re considering buying from Bella and Co.—DON’T. They’ll take your money and leave you frustrated, disappointed, and empty-handed.

I originally made my order in November 2024 and never received any merchandise. I tried reaching out to customer service since December 2024 and didn't receive a response until March 2025. They provided a tracking number that cannot be traced and continue to state it was delivered. My order was insured and I've still gotten the run around about a replacement or refund. I would never recommend anyone order from this company.

I ordered before Christmas, my items don’t show Up until late January. One necklace stone was facing backwards, another faded, and chain broke apart. CS told me they’re busy filling other orders, I contacted them 6 times. They ended with, NOW it’s too late. Your warranty expired! WT… I contacted you after the first week of receiving. You took months to respond. Worst CS, cheap product, Not worth your money or time. These kids don’t know how to do business.

Worst company to order from ever. Stay away. I ordered necklaces as Christmas presents. They didn’t come until jaunary and one of the name necklaces was spelled wrong. I have been contacting the company since I received the order for a replacement and they have been completely ignoring me. Terrible customer service

I would never buy from this store again! I ordered the initial necklaces over 2 months ago. My order was supposed to be delivered on January 6th. It is now February 15th and I have not received my order. They say it was shipped however USPS never received the package. I emailed them 10 times, messaged their Facebook account 3 times over the span of a month and they did NOTHING to help resolve the issue! Buy from somewhere else!!!

I purchased 9 name bubble necklaces for Christmas gifts and the necklaces have tarnished. I contacted them and because it was more than 30 days from the delivery date they will not replace them. They advertised their product as non-tarnish and waterproof but I guess are for 30 days. They have lost a first time customer and a possible repeat customer for ever. Don’t buy from this company if you want something that’s going to last for more than 30 days.

I placed my order in October 2024 and still haven't received my items nor have I had any responses from the many email enquiries regarding my order. Technically cannot review actual product because haven't received it but their customer service is non existent.

I purchase gifts for my 3 daughters as Christmas gifts and one broke within 3 weeks of wearing it. They will not replace it because I purchased it longer than 30 days ago. Even though it was untouched until given at Christmas. Awful customer service!

Do not order from them ever! There is no phone number for customer service and they reply with automated reply only to email. I ordered my items on 12/21/24 and as of today 12/26/25, NOTHING!!!! I will be posting these negative reviews all over. They should be shut down. Red flags all over. I just wanted to get my daughter a gift. How awful.

Beware of this company. Do not order if you see there ads, turn away immediately! I placed my order over a month ago and I contacted them to let them know I have not received my order they sent me a picture of a an empty counter top as proof of delivery.

Terrible customer service. Placed order Oct 27th, and as of Jan 12th,had not received order, even after multiple emails asking status of order. Finally had to file a dispute with my bank. The no customer service phone number is a red flag.

Terrible customer service. I will never do business with a company that does not have an actual phone number. Emailed them about an issue, recieved a auto generated message that says they will respond within 15 days. Never heard a word. The necklaces are rather cheap and not worth the purchase price.
