FINALLY received my order of 3 necklaces and it was wrong. The names were correct, but the colors were not. Tried email (Dec 20th and Dec 25th) with no response. Went to fb to see another contact method and it said to use messenger. When I did, I received an automated reply to email them. Tried commenting on a post (since they’re responding to other comments) and they shut comments off. Not impressed.

I honestly had never heard of this company. Being a guy I don’t typically order jewelry but decided to get a few necklaces for some coworkers since the ads popped up on my instagram and it seemed like a cute, personalized gift. I was charged the very same date I ordered on Dec 12. It’s Dec 28 and I have yet to receive anything. When I put in tracking number provided by email I get the message “ Tracking info will appear here as soon as we have an update, check back soon!” I don’t have any idea if I’ll be getting the 5 necklaces I ordered nor if they’ll be of good quality. At this point probably not even worth the hassle of returning or requesting refund. I’ve written 4 emails, simply requesting status of order, not a single reply. STAY AWAY!!!

Terrible. I ordered more than a month ago and cannot get tracking information or a response.

Ordered 3 necklaces on Dec 5th. Haven't received and already billed on my credit card. I received a shipment date on Dec 8th. The tracking number is invalid and I paid for insured shipping. What is happening?

Like others have said - I ordered over a month ago and have received nothing! Christmas in in 2 days and I'm short three gifts for my nieces. So disappointed!

I ordered 2 necklaces on Dec. 3, one by mistake and contacted them the same day. It took 2 weeks for anyone to return my message. I did dispute one of the necklaces to my bank and it was reversed. Eventually got tracking info but took took 6 days to register and now says it's in transit. No phone numbers and only a "help" email. I would brick and motor next time.

Never received order. They never responded to any inquiries about my order. Order on Shopify continued to say “ready to ship” for weeks with no update. Eventually that status was removed and it is asking for me to review my order, yet it doesn’t show as being delivered. Seems like a scam!!!

Apparently this is a scam. Ordered Nov 27, cant reach anyone, emails are denied, tracking number doesn't work, no hope of actually receiving my order. If this is really a bogus company, how sad that people choose to live their lives scamming and stealing from others. If not a bogus company, the reviews and my experience sure don't favor this to be a worth company of business.

Placed an order a month ago, and like many others there is no response from the company. They do not respond to emails or Facebook messenger as they indicate. They sent an email 10 days ago stating the order shipped but the tracking number they provide is invalid. Im afraid this was a scam and will follow-up with the BBB and credit card co.

Ordered a month ago and still don't have my order. I received a tracking number about 3 weeks ago, but it doesn't appear to be valid and no one responds to messaging (and they have turned commenting off on their social media platforms). Definitely take your money elsewhere!

I did receive the three name necklaces I ordered. The shipping took a few weeks, but I did get them. They are pretty cute too.

They don't respond to emails, but they send you multiple a day, trying to get you to buy more jewelry that you'll never receive.

I wish I had seen these reviews earlier. I ordered on 2nd October and got a few random emails saying they would look into my order when I sent enquiries. Then ghosted!!!! I will likely never see the product or my money again !!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

A shipping label was "created" for my order on December 3rd. I have emailed the company three times and have not received a response to date. Must be a scam so I will be visiting my bank to dispute my charge.

Never received my order and I have emailed twice and no response. Definitely fraud. I will send better business bureau.

I am giving it zero stars. After reading Facebook comments, I did not believe this company was a scam, but it turns out that they are. Since I placed my order more than a month ago (no status update, still processing), I have attempted to modify my shipping address, but nobody has responded. I have sent emails, messages, and even comments on their Facebook main photos. You are a shameful imitation and badly run. Eventually, I hope to receive the items (at an address I do not reside at).

However, they had no trouble stealing my money!

I ordered 2 necklaces in October, the crystal name necklace- I got them but the quality was terrible, very cheap! They looked nothing like the pictures. I requested instructions on how to return them and replace them with the regular name bubble necklace. I got the run around- I have literally sent 8 emails since October and it’s now December and I get the same generic email response- they are getting so many emails so there is a delay and someone in a different department will contact me. That’s a lie!! No other department has ever contacted me. And if I’m emailing the support email then why aren’t they providing support??!! It should literally be a very simple request and response!! According to their website, replacements are easy- that’s a lie!! This has been the worst customer service, I have ever experienced! I was trying to give them a chance to resolve this issue but now I’m going to have to dispute it with my credit card company. I have ordered other necklaces from them before with no problem and they were a totally different quality- they were really nice, but now, after this, I will never order from them again!! The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because the other necklaces I ordered were nice. With that being said- BUYER BEWARE!!

Ordered over a month ago and was going to give the necklaces as bridesmaids gifts. I have yet to receive a processing status or tracking number and can’t get an email back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! If I could give them zero stars I would.

I ordered a month ago this week. Wish I had read these reviews. My order is still pending and no one has responded to my emails. I'm so upset. Why are they still in business?

I ordered 4 necklaces. I have only received 3 of them and they are of poor quality. For the amount of money I spent I could have bought nicer products if I had just went to a boutique. I do not recommend. Poor customer service also.
