Communication with this company is very limited. I placed my order November 30, 2022. Finally received a tracking number on December 14th. Gearcustoms email said it was issued December 4th, but nothing was visible with UPS. Today is December 17th and still no change or idea when or if I will get my gift for Christmas. They did of course take my money same day. Google search said could be possible scam, I guess I will see.

I love the product my daughter received. It made her cry. It was made very well and was exactly as described. It came in a timely manner. I will be purchasing from this company again.

I purchased a personalized Bluey (ask any three year old) mug as a gift for my granddaughter to give to her mom. The colors are vivid, and the mug appears to be of good quality. The order arrived in approx 7 days.

Ordered a customized Halloween Horse flag. Great quality. Vibrant colors. Reasonable shipping time.

GearCustoms.com was incredible! I saw a specialty shirt and placed the order, then immediately emailed about the material of the shirt. I also let them know that the only thing that would make the shirt more special would b to have the Grandma name changed to fit what the grandkids actually say. The overwhelming joy when order arrived with the special name, was a great surprise!!
Ashley with customer service was quick to respond and answer my questions and shirt was received quickly! Great quality and super soft material, too!

Shirt was a quality t shirt and was what I expected when I ordered it. It came just in time for the person's birthday and she loved it thank you . Plus I'll be ordering another shirt soon love 💕 these guys ☺️

The GearCustom website made customizing my wife’s “Don’t Stop Retrievin’” t-shirt a snap. Downloading, cropping and sizing the image took seconds, and she LOVED the result!

I got the blanket for my MIL birthday. It was awesome! So soft and just the right size for her. The printing was beautiful! Lots of happy tears from her that day!

This business is fraudulently using my company's address as the address of their "US Warehouse". They do not exist nor do they operate from the address listed on their website. I have received plenty of returned to sender packages. I have reached out to the company directly to have them remove my address from their website and using it as their return address and a representative told me they will not pick up the returned packages and that I was responsible for disposing of them. This is extremely frustrating, because I have had to toss out plenty over the last few months. I probably receive at least one package every other week! I cannot speak for the quality of the products or service - but one can only suspect that shady business practices don't bode well for quality of products or service.

I placed and order for 3 custom t-shirts on May 5, 2022. I never received my order. When I emailed support and they provided me with the tracking info and told me my order was delivered on May 31. I checked at the rental office and it was not there either. After reviewing the tracking further, I noticed that once the package arrived to my local post office, it was tagged to "return to sender" 2 hours later. Therefore it was never delivered to my address. I show that it was "delivered to original sender" on May 31, 2022. I have attempted contact with support at gearcustoms and kept getting what appear to be automated responses with the tracking information and eventually no response at all. I tried calling the number they have for support as well and that was just a voicemail line. No way to talk to a human. I'm now in the process of filing a claim with my bank to get the my money reversed which I'm hopeful will happen.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY SENT ME A DAMAGED AND TO TOP IT OFF THE WRONG PRODUCT I ordered. It took longer to recieve. They never provided a tracking number or order number to my email. I wanted to replace the item, but they never responded to emails! They have no contact phone number. Buyer BEWARE! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Wish I’d read the reviews before I ordered. I keep messaging about some items I purchased for my daughters graduation. They aren’t responding and AMANDA THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP… is a joke. I will have to order her items from another company in hopes that she’ll get it in time for graduation. 😭

They fixed the problem with the 1st shirt & they sent me a new one. Very thankful I got the right one! Looks great and fits great! Thank you!

beware of this site. My wife ordered two mugs, received one not the other. She inquired of the second mug they sent a tracking number that was not correct. The tracking was for Florida no address even close to ours in Michigan. They concluded that the product was delivered and stopped communicating with my wife. She really wanted the mug for a christmas gift and now stuck with a 25 dollar charge on a bank account which can not get back. If you do order from this site use a credit card, at least you can get your money back via an inquiry.

I ordered a t shirt dec 11 for guaranteed Christmas delivery. I was immediately given a UPS tracking link, however days went by and the link just kept saying UPS was waiting for the package. I called and left several messages, and emailed several times to get some answers. Nobody once responded to any of my inquiries. Then I check my mail on Dec 24 and to my surprise there it was! Very happy with the product, leaving on star off for the absent customer service. Just be patient and know your item is indeed on its way.

I am with most of the other customers on the bad reviews I read, Guaranteed delivery by Christmas IF ordered by Dec 10th, Ordered Dec 3rd and got an email saying they received order and am processing it. Thats there last we heard, Sent several emails FINALLY got a response Dec 20 saying they CANNOT find our order and are refunding our money. 5 days before Christmas. How do they stay in business????
