I ordered a ugly Christmas sweater and it is sized wrong from the measurements on the website. It is very hard to get anyone in customer service. Finally got someone, who asked for pictures. I sent them and never heard back. Item was very cute, but that doesn't matter if it doesn't fit. I ordered a Large and got the size of a medium.

Memories that will last
My son is graduating from Kennesaw state university this December. With honors might I add! I ordered a personalized scarf to go with his cap and gown and it turned out amazing. The depth of the pictures were perfect, everything was just as it was advertised, and it came in a decent time frame. I am very pleased with my experience. I was a first time customer and I will remain a customer for sure.

Too slow of delivery, no customer service
Needed an order delivered by the 19th of the month, website stated this was not an issue by the estimated delivery dates, but it was not true. Customer support only send one message per day it seems and the info is not helpful and they are unwilling to do much at all.
Order placed on the 6th.
Order marked as shipped on the 14th.
No UPS tracking info, started support chat on the 18th for current status or refund
1 message per day is all that support can give with no real answers or clarity
On the 20th UPS finally showed an ETA of the 24th
Zero responses from customer support since the 20th of the month (currently 25th)
Avoid this company, look for a more reputable one.

Not professional.
If I could give ZERO stars I would. I ordered a shirt for fathers day and I made sure the address was correct when I made the purchase. Come to find out the item got shipped back due to not having the correct address. I've tried calling and emailing. I got nothing back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!! It's bull crap. I didn't even get a refund.

Bad customer service/Product never received
I purchased a custom sign in early June & it’s now mid July & I have not received the product. I’ve tried to contact Customer Service by phone & email with no response. I would not recommend this company. M

Bad Serviced
I placed an order for 3 shirts, two of them came the way i expected, the third shirt looked faded and is not what i expected at all, the color of my hair looked blond and it is suppose to be brown. It was a mess. My other issue with your company is that you do not give much updated or a good tracking numbers for the orders. I did not like that either and when i reached to find out about my order no one responded. Some of my order was for Father's day and I received over a week later. I will not be ordering from you again.

My product was sent back because they…
My product was sent back because they had zip code wrong. Instead of sending it back to me, they sent me a coupon and said ro order again. Why the hell would I pay twice for my order???? I just want my order sent back to the right address. Why can't I get a refund or send the package back? That's not an answer.

Lack of customer support and wrong product description.
I had reached out a few times by email and by the contact us option on your website. Automated responses are all I receive with no solution. The tumblers do not have a magnetic locking lid as described in their details. Very low quality.

I placed an order and canceled the next day, because they could not guarantee receipt of item by the time I needed it. That was on May 8th and they still have not issued a refund. It's been a month now!?! Getting a hold of anyone for customer service help is ridiculous. You can only email and cross your fingers that they reply.

Poor Customer Support
I ordered a dog themed t shirt for my wife for Mother's Day on April 23. The shirt design was awesome but the shirt is way too big. I've reached out to customer support by email several times and left a review on GearCustoms website to see what we can do to get a shirt that fits. I have yet to get a response. I hope this review will help to get this resolved

If I could give less than one star I would. Never received my order and when I emailed support the first time I was told it would arrive in 7-10 business days. After waiting more than 10 business days I emailed support again requesting a refund…no reply. A few days later sent another email…no reply. Don’t waste your time or money with this scam company.

I ordered several ornaments for xmas..tracking said I moved..I wrote many many times to company and Ashley at company regarding this..I had NOT moved but received no response from company and a few emails from Ashley with same email stating it was sent. This has been ongoing for 3 months. Please do not order from them

First, They are NOT based in the USA as their website shows so I was charged international charges on my credit card on top of the cost of my order. Second, my order arrived missing items which the company refused to replace or refund my money for. Third, the two items I did get had blurry, smeared, and crooked printing and when I contacted the company about it, even including pictures of the issues, they refused to do anything about it. Do NOT spend money with this company! They will defruad you of your hard earned money.
