I purchased a shed from this company… garden sanctuary

I purchased a shed from this company paid in full, when it arrived We opened the fist box to arrange the base of the shed, most of the holes for screws were out of line bad workmanship. We put the base back into the box sealed it and contacted garden sanctuary to start a return. That was 2 months ago and still I have the damaged shed. I am receiving Ai responses repeatedly every time I send a message or photo the same response comes back. This is turning into a shambles I have offered to asccept half the value of th shed to save them organising a pick up but once again deaf ears and the same AI responce blah blah blah

Artificial Wisterias

I ordered two lots of artificial wisterias, 12 each of purple and white which look beautiful on a backdrop in my garden. They were easy to order and dispatched and delivered in very fast time, they arrived well packaged and in perfect order. I am so happy with everything and I have ordered 12 pink artificial wisterias to add to the others.

Faulty goods sold - no replacement!

I purchased a parasol umbrella from this company last month which was faulty. I have sent photos and a video of the faulty product and they are refusing to help. They were helpful until I advised the product was fautly and then it went dealty silent and not responding to emails! Worst online company I have ever dealt with - don't go near them!

ace little shelving unit

Very happy with the 4-tier bamboo shelving unit, bought for a tight space at the head of my bed, for bedside lamp, books, specs etc easy to assemble with everything supplied including one (!) sweet little glove to protect aging hand, i guess. Light yet sturdy, and very attractive. Swift delivery and well-packaged.

Good shed, a little bit of messing round

Bought a garden shed with exact measurements I needed. Not much communication about the delivery, and arrived within a week. Unfortunately the measurements on the box, did not match what I ordered. After a few emails back and forth, we discovered it was the correct product. This delayed assembly and was inconvenient but customer service was good and they treated me fairly. Happy ending and it's exactly what I wanted, smart, right size and will take 2 to assemble!

Would give it a 0star rating if I…

Would give it a 0star rating if I could. Ordered a shed with 24hour express delivery. Received 1of 2 boxes about a week later. Got the second box covered in paint with holes in it two weeks later. Complained, which is hard work. No number and takes forever for a response and was told a new part would be sent. Today I’ve waited in and now received a raised planter. NOT THE PART I WANTED. Now I have 3 large boxes blocking my garden access and I’m sat waiting for them to sort it out. They even wanted me to get rid of the damaged box of shed. Two man lift, too big for my car. Come and collect it you clowns!

Didn't even last a year

I bought a beautiful solar powered water features from them a year ago next month. I went to put water in it yesterday to start a clean and found that through the winter the bottom had cracked and come away. I took photos and sent them to Garden Sanctuary CS and was told the warranty only last 6 months nothing we can do. The item is cleary faulty if it cracks first winter. But they dont want to know.

Having reviewed your case, we can confirm the item is over warranty period. As such, we’re unable to offer a replacement or refund in this instance.

Outdoor water features must be fully drained and protected during colder months, as freezing conditions can cause expansion and lead to cracking if water remains inside. This is a standard care requirement for this type of product.

While we understand this is not the outcome you were hoping for, our position remains in line with our warranty terms. That said, we do appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback, as it helps us continue to improve.

ordered through B and Q

ordered through B and Q, the gate never arrived, they use Evri ( formerly known as Herpes...sorry Hermes)as their courier.. need i say any more.
Don't order anything from them... ive now got to print off a form and send it to them to confirm i haven't received my gate, despite Evri opening a lost parcel case, and despite the pic the driver took is very clearly not my house, they had my correct address, i have a large number above my door, but their driver couldnt find it?? how either company stay in business is a mystery to me..

Awful product.
Ordered a gate, arrived and it was so flimsy! I could push with my little finger. I asked for a full refund including a prepaid delivery code but they refused. This item is not fit for purpose and I explained this to them but they said it was my opinion. I'm a professional gardener/ handyman with my own business. So I know a thing or 2 about these things.

Slatted Fences

Really pleased with these fences. Great price compared to other companies. I didn’t realise when ordering they needed putting together but wasn’t a problem and easy to do. Will definitely look at ordering from this company again when I need fencing

Poor delivery and customer service

We ordered a garden storage unit and we got a delivery date and slot which required us to stay in all day yesterday. No delivery happened . Got email response and link which said parcel couldn’t be located. Complained again and same response asking us to wait a few days . As responses came in middle of night I suspect A1 not a service agent. Still haven’t had product or refund. Don’t use this company.

DO NOT BUY FROM GARDEN SANCTUARY!!!

I bought a water fountain from Garden Sanctuary for my Mum as a special 70th birthday present in late July 2025, which has already stopped working (despite being properly maintained). It has been less than 1 year and Garden Sanctuary won't even replace it or refund it - unbelievable considering the standard 1 year product warranty should apply! I would urge you NOT TO BUY ANYTHING from this Company, as their customer service is appalling and they have no common decency, particularly given the circumstances, where the product was purchased for a very special occasion - To say we are dissatisfied with their services is a complete understatement, and if we could leave zero stars we would!! Karma will come your way, a bad word spreads much faster than a good one....
