Instructions are shocking . Ordered a 4m by 4m pergola and it isnt that size at all. It's 3 6m by 3.6m having to bodge it together to try make it work. Spent ages building some nice brick pillars to stick it on which measures 4m by 4.m middle of each pillar. For it to be a massive disaster.

I purchased a parasol umbrella from this company last month which was faulty. I have sent photos and a video of the faulty product and they are refusing to help. They were helpful until I advised the product was fautly and then it went dealty silent and not responding to emails! Worst online company I have ever dealt with - don't go near them!

Product received faulty. Garden pergola ordered, and erected. Last part to complete was the canopy. It's not finished properly so I need a replacement. Contacted Garden Santuary, who originally offered £20 refund, then £40. I said no as I bought the pergola for shade! They have said it must be taken down and returned in all of its original packaging.

Give it 1star weren't even worth that. They need putting out of business for ripping people off.
the quality of there artificial flowers realistic as they put is a joke. I’ve seen better quality in B&M at a fraction of the cost. Then when you want to return the rubbish goods they offer £10 refund if you keep them then day after a £12 refund then day keep them and resell on. What a joke!
never dealt with a company like it in my life. They then wanted picture of how I had packed the return goods. I sent return to be signed for because did not trust this company. Stay well clear of them. The. Did not get all the refund back 🤷🏼‍♀️

Product was exactly as described. Unfortunately, I measured incorrect. When I asked to return, they offered a solution of a credit as opposed to returning and allowing me to resell myself. This worked out much more convenient and allowed me to sell within 24hour and gain a credit too.

Bought cheap shed, it was delivered quick it was clearly customers return, bent damaged and scratched panels, but i was happy to keep that issue was it was also missing parts and guess what they dont care this company will fold soon and re open under new name im sure, wasting days asking for 100 photos etc 0 solution they only give you run around for you to let it go there was 0 will to help form the start AVOID AT ALL COST!

This company offer ridiculous refunds & tell you to keep item & try to re sell. How this company are still in business is beyond me.

I have been trying to get this company to collect a large item to return for weeks now. Two promised collection days. The item is heavy and sitting on my doorstep. The collection company have not materialised again! I feel like they are playing some king of warped game with me where they promise a collection and then it does not happen. I have asked them to call me.

Awful company don't waste your money.

Ordered a garden gate it turned up but was missing the hinges and the latch that should of been with it which means I now cant fit the gate as I wanted to on the project I am doing. sent a email to this company to explain what has happened and they wanted me to take photos of the box etc which I have done for them and sent it off. now waiting for a response think they need to look into there quality control in packing orders hopefully I get a reply soon and they get them sent asap as cant fit the garden gate until I have what I have ordered

Emailed this company 3 times regarding a complaint and they have not even had the decency to respond. I ordered an artificial plant which was described for
Indoor and outdoor use however the quality of the product was flimsy and absolutely crap! Will never shop from here again and strongly advice anyone who is thinking to, to not waste your money!

I’m incredibly frustrated with this company. After placing an order, it took them two weeks to inform us that we needed to source a missing part ourselves. Instead of a proper solution, they offered a measly £10 discount code, which only encouraged us to spend more money with them. We had to repeatedly prove that we were missing parts by sending multiple images, and it felt like they were unhelpful and dismissive throughout the entire process. This experience not only delayed our plans but also added unnecessary stress right before the holidays. I would not recommend ordering from them.

Amazing company ,the item was such good value , and it arrived super quick , excellent.

AVOID THIS COMPANY.

They ignored messages and took 3 months to and 37 emails from me just to complete my order and to collect incorrectly delivered items. During this time the lied and deliberately mislead me and ONLY when I threatened them with legal action did they finally complete the order.

Selling poor quality products & then charging for refunds

Bought a shower, it developed a leak, company said they only offer 6 month warranty, oh wait The Consumer Rights Act Says differently. I will be pursuing a full refund either via yourselves or via MCOL.

Ordered a vase. It was as described and arrived well packaged. The vase is perfect and I am happy with my purchase. I would use again

Avoid this company at all costs. Wish I had read there review before purchasing from them.

Customer service is none existent, multiple sets of return details and contact's details for returns, to make as confusing and difficult as possible.

Cancelled my order the same day, apparently as it wasn’t “Beijing” time it was over 24hrs (it wasn’t) so withheld over £60, you can’t phone this company and they are very dodgy AVOID
