Most of plants were ok
Most of plants were ok, but busy lizzies were not very good. I did complain and you sent me replacement plants. They were very overgrown and leggy. Bit disappointed with my experience this time. Normally the plants I receive are very good. Hope next time I order I will not be disappointed.

Lovely Rose - But Wrong Colour!
I ordered a white standard rose especially to have as a memento of our Pearl wedding anniversary, and ensured I ordered it in time so that it would be in flower for the special occasion. The items I ordered were in good condition but once the buds opened I was dismayed to discover they were red.
I contacted customer services but it took almost a week for the team to get in touch as all initial contact is dealt with by their AI advisor, Ivy. By the time they responded, the white roses were all sold out, despite my checking when I initially contacted them when they were in stock.
Gardening Direct failed to send the correct item and then failed again to deal timely with the issue and as a result I was left having to purchase from another business. They were amazing and my white standard rose was delivered the next day, in time for our anniversary.

Order the above begonina's. Initall order arrived 2 of the plugs not alive. Contacted customer service very polite and re- ordered the replacement plants.
Replacement order arrived quickly in worse condition than the original order. The plants that were bearly alive were incredibly leggy. Messaged customer services messaged with pictures 17 days ago still no response.

Although the plants were well wrapped…
Although the plants were well wrapped and still alive when they arrived, despite the heat, unfortunately the courier didn't handle the box carefully and several plants and soil had fallen out of the pots. Hopefully they will recover. 25/6/2026

Ordered 10 lavender plants early June
Ordered 10 lavender plants early June, unfortunately when they arrived the four plants at the bottom of the polythene bag were dry, withered and a bit lifeless, sadly I was unable to revive them.
We’ve used your company quite often in the last few years and have always been happy with the quality and value for money, but recently we’ve noticed a decline in the quality of the plants received, with the cost of things nowadays we will have to keep our options open for the best value for money.
