Delivered quickly, plants were well packaged and the plants themselves are very healthy and of good quality.

Ordered two Tumbling Tom and two Hanging strawberry baskets. They arrived soon after despatch, were beautifully packed - the packaging seems to get better every year. The plants were already in bloom and ready to hang up straight away. Just need the weather now

Easy to order online. Ready planted baskets arrived on time, well packed & in good condition. Hung them up watered them & are now in bloom & look wonderful. Have had many comments on how lovely they are & all I’ve had to do is water them everyday in this hot weather. Well worth the money a lot cheaper than garden centre.

The plants that were delivered were good and delivered soon after order. However one part of the order was missing, and when this was reported I received an AI generated response which asked for a picture of the missing plants. I replied back and am still awaiting a more logical reply to my question.

Ordered several plants and bulbs, the plants arrived in good shape but the bulbs a majority of them arrived rotten, raised it with customer service and I am yet to receive a proper response on refund or replacement.

I had ordered a few different items from gardening direct which I received on time but not in great condition. The plug plants were fine but a few of them had made the journey here. I then ordered some lupine sand lavender which were not good at all. Most of the lupine had dried out and I could not plant them at all. I was rather dissatisfied with both orders.

I was able to buy bargain apple trees and plant them in communal spaces for what will hopefully be the benefit of future generations. I'm going to keep doing this with your help. An apple a day keeps the doctor away :)

I purchased four bareroot blackthorn bushes, I followed the planting instructions but only two have grown. Two have died.
