Very poor packaging meant sharp blades of the product were sticking out the side of the cardboard box, product itself could of been damaged or worse somebody could have been injured!

Excellent Service.
My purchase was fantastic value, cheaper than everywhere else and service was the same. I was kept informed of delivery. It arrived on time and well packaged.
The feeding station was easy to assemble and included everything I needed to get me started. A strong sturdy product that the birds love.

Ordered the complete medium veg trug kit from Garden Essentials for my wife, delivered within 24 hours of ordering even though didn't request any priority. Very impressed

Extremely poor packing has resulted in damaged goods twice.
The first package arrived with damage to the box and the contents. Customer service were very helpful and sent me a replacement. This has also arrived damaged because it was in a flimsy plastic envelope which had split open and been repaired by the courier company. Unfortunately as there was no padding at all, the contents were once again damaged.

I ordered some Vegtrugs from one of the few suppliers who had the combination I wanted. Delivered on-time in perfect condition, assembly straightforward although with a lot of nuts and bolts, and now in use.

Parcel tracking might be a good idea!
I waited in for my parcel for three days, after the due date. Tracking would have helped.
Vents on the tray lids could also be stronger. Otherwise pleased with item

The bird feeder!
The bird feeder seems to be a wonderful gadget! A positive Hilton or a Café de Paris of a restaurant! I just do not know how long it will take the birds to get used to it.
