Very poor packaging meant sharp blades of the product were sticking out the side of the cardboard box, product itself could of been damaged or worse somebody could have been injured!

Out of stock item advertised
Had to chase for delivery. One item was not what I clicked for on the website but I kept it as I had a photoshoot so needed something
Another item was out of stock so was being sent later. Then a phone call to say it was discontinued and I would have to have a refund
