They didn’t have the item I ordered in stock (website not up to date with their stock) but they sent a medicated version of the patches I ordered. When I indicated I would prefer to just return a full refund was issued.

Item arrived in a good package, no spill. Product itself when applied to skin it leave the skin soft and smooth. I will definitely buy again, I recommend.
