I found these guys online a few years ago as the only place that sold the cooling patches I needed. I haven’t looked back since; exceptionally fast comms and despatch, consistently well priced and 100% reliable! They have my recommendation any time!

They sent me someone elses order
I ordered Teabags and when the parcel came it turned out i recieved someone elses order with their personal information on the invoice with is a GDPR issue.
When i tried to call and report this and get the items i paid for, the customer service rep on the phone didnt seem to know what i was talking about and hung up on me several times and then started putting me through to voicemail and all i asked was for a timeline on email response and if there was someone else i could speeak to, which he refused and said there was nobody else there. My sister had the same issue and emailed this morning with no response whatsoever. Heavily disappointed in the customer service and the fact that i received someone elses package. With no resolution.

Ordered and paid for D Mannose on Thursday - no response to three messages via the website asking about the status of my order sent on Friday, Saturday and Sunday the 24th.,25th. 26th.

Company is good i am using dieters tea from long time its good and first time i have try pills for weight management that also effected.going to order again.i am taking from month.yes these are bit expensive for me but these are good thanks.
