Very poor packaging meant sharp blades of the product were sticking out the side of the cardboard box, product itself could of been damaged or worse somebody could have been injured!

Excellent customer service
Ordered a squirrel baffle but unfortunately not enough packaging and arrived broken. However rang Margaret and received a new perfect one in lots of packaging in less than 24hrs. Couldn't have been more helpful. Impressed!!

I ordered 3 pairs of Town & Country "Charnwood" Boots. I use these for gardening and they are perfect for me. Very comfortable to wear all day long.
Although I requested standard delivery they arrived the next day. Brilliant Service and excellent price from Garden Essentials.

Best price for Replacement cover with swift delivery
Searched for a replacement for my Gardman 3x2 metre polytunnel. The original lasted less than a season. It rotted in the sun and the zips broke. This replacement looks to be better made with nylon covered seams and better zips. The price I paid was the best I could find and delivery was a reasonable price and prompt. I would buy again from this company.

Disappointing
The item was delivered to the wrong address and wrong postcode, thanks to the honest individual who DROVE the parcel to us we were lucky to receive it. As your company was recommended by a friend I am very disappointed indeed.
