Extremely slow, terrible service
I submitted my claim on May 16th. It has been almost a month, and I still have not even sent my phone away to be fixed. I was charged twice for the excess fee and have gotten very slow limited replies. The customer service is terrible.

I have no idea if this is good or bad - I had to purchase it when I got a laptop for my sons school. What I don’t like so far is that I have to pay for it straight away when school starts in 3 months and don’t have a clue when the laptop arrives

I can see that no payments have been collected on your gadget insurance policy as the cover has not yet started.
An email has now been issued to you to see if you would like to amend the start and payment date on the insurance.
As the device was purchased via Wriggle you will need to contact that company directly and they can provide an update on when the device will be received.
