This company is absolutely fantastic. Vivian who dealt with my situation was amazing and i can't thank her enough. Even though i cancelled my order due to personal reasons Vivian was very understanding and offered me a refund which she really did not have to do. Thank you for your patience Vivian.

The website is a UK site. But when waiting (far longer than I should have considering I paid extra for quick shipping) for it to arrive, the tracking update said it was coming from China? When it did arrive, the photo print is extremely poor and unclear (despite uploading a high quality image). The magnet itself was not actually inside the box, but on top of, inside a bag. And the music quality sounds absolutely awful.
I am extremely disappointed 😔 I bought this for my husband as a gift from our son. And after being so excited for him to open it, its just a joke 👎

Received the wrong product and reached out and they got everything fixed and sent the right item in a timely manner.

I recieved a cracked magnet. After reaching out, I was then sent a replacement. It’s beautiful!

I received the Fridgebeats product and I didn’t like it very much. First of all, the magnet used to attach it to the fridge is very weak and it falls off. Secondly, I ordered and paid for the Pro version 5.0, which I was told had longer battery life, Bluetooth, stereo sound, and volume controls. Instead, I received the 4.0 version, which does not have those features. I was disappointed with the product for this reason, and I definitely do not recommend it to other users.

Man gibt sich Mühe, das perfekte Geschenk für eine liebe Person zu finden, sucht den perfekten Song aus und was kommt... auf dem Bild steht zwar der richtige Song, aber gespielt wird was komplett anderes.
Last Minute muss ich jetzt was anderes finden...

The shipping dates changed after I completed the purchase. They don't tell you up front that they require several days to "create" your custom order that are NOT included in your delivery quote. The item was poorly packaged and broken as a result through shipping. The image print was poor quality and must have been packaged before the ink dried as you could see the bubble wrap circles in the image. I ordered the upgraded unit, the sound is less than satisfactory possibly due to the shipping damage. There is no telephone support for "customer service" and their email replies are less than timely. They also were NOT willing to expedite the replacement of my broken item and as of writing this review over a month after getting my initial damaged order I am still waiting for the replacement which I learned today they have not even produced yet!

I ordered a fridge magnet for myself and it shipped to an old address..I panicked and emailed immediately to get it sent to the right place. It still got sent to the wrong address but Vivian helped me over this past MONTH to get my order!! I finally received it and I'm so happy with the quality of the product and the customer service is out of this world!! Would absolutely recommend this company to others 🤩

Damage to the face of the item upon arrival, lots of hidden extra costs when going the process of purchasing this and for no real value.

Paid extra for express shipping before Christmas, but it didn't arrive in time despite ordering two weeks ahead.
Even paid extra for the premium version with supposedly 'better' audio quality - if that's the case then I'd hate to hear how terrible the standard one is.

It's a nice and cute idea, but absolutely not worth even half of what I ended up paying for - their customer service is terrible and who know's when it will actually turn up.
