All over the website you advertise that there is new updated speakers and speaker placement, I just received mine yesterday and seem to have gotten the old version. The website also advertised a nice durable packaging, instead it came wrapped in bubble wrap and an envelope. Additionally, it does not come with a charging cord! It is not immediately clear that you have to buy it separately. I am not completely disappointed, but I thought it would be a better quality and experience.

I got this as a gift for my husband for Valentine’s Day and he absolutely loved it! Customer service was actually exceptional as well. My first picture didn’t turn out great and they immediately helped me fix the issue. Definitely a company and product I would buy again.

The sound quality is actually very good and I was pleasantly surprised by how well it plays the music. However, the photo quality is extremely poor. The picture was printed in very low resolution and looks blurry and unclear. Unfortunately, because of the bad print quality, I can’t even give it as a gift. I’m really disappointed with the photo result.

I ordered a beat in which with it 1 stand i received 3 stands and a cable in which I never ordered the picture on the forst one was very poor couldn't see the picture so after emails back and forth offering me 5.99 refund in which I payed £45 for we decided to try another picture received it yesterday and very poor again very dark can't see the people in it not worth the money at all

Paid for priority shipping (5-7days) so that it would arrive in time for our anniversary only to receive the product nearly 2 weeks after the purchase was made. Product arrived with horrible magnet strength (it literally slides down our fridge), photo/print is super dark and grainy, but at least the speaker sounds good. Tried to at least get a refund for shipping fees but was told the 5-7 days doesn't include the multiple day production time (which is stated nowhere on their website, including their FAQ which I searched prior to purchase) and goes against the original estimated arrival date that my order was based on (5-7days post purchase). Do NOT waste your time and money on this company and their products.

These fridge magnets are a perfect personal gift. We've got a few now. Great for any occasion. My little grandsons are also being introduced to special memory songs...our 20month old dances around the kitchen to Leonard Cohens Dance with me till the of Love, Equally he loves his own Micky Mouse Hot Dog song at his house.
It was YMCA by Minions that our 3 year old got for Christmas this year. I have brought for all the family. They are great!

I ordered this product as an anniversary gift for my wife, the reason I paid extra for shipping was for it too get here on time and not only will it not be on time, it will be almost 2 weeks late. Shouldn't sell fast delivery if you cant deliver the product within the time you gave me.
