I recently placed an online order that ended up being delayed, which was initially frustrating. However, I want to highlight the outstanding customer service I received during the process. The representative I spoke with was professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to making things right. They kept me informed, addressed my concerns quickly, and ensured a smooth resolution.

While delays can happen, great customer service makes all the difference—and in this case, they absolutely delivered. I appreciate the effort and will definitely consider ordering from them again.

Took 2 months to arrive, lights popped off ant can’t reattach, they literally sent me a glue stick to do it myself, none of the photos are even. I am beyond furious this looks horrible!

I paid for a faster shipping. The order didn't arrive on time, but they refunded me the extra payment I did for a faster shipping. So I really appreciated their customer service. Apart from that the order was exactly as I expected!

Recently ordered the museum peice, really good quality but was missing the staircase, within 2 emails had a new one on the way with really friendly service from Elsie, very happy with the product and company

While the customer service is very helpful and quick, the product quality is very poor. First time I purchased, it came with no protective film on the front and had numerous scratches and chips in it. I asked for a replacement and still had to pay for the shipping fee even after I paid for faster shipping in the first one. The next order still had no protective film on the front and had scratches. I advise everyone to be very careful from ordering here as the quality is very dodgy. Thankfully, the second order to come quicker than expected :).

The package arrived damaged and the frame inside was broken. I’m really disappointed, as I expected better packaging and protection for such a fragile item.

this was an awful experience. took a month to get one photo changed, to which i paid two invoices for. and then once i finally got my matchbox poster it was an AI generated image of something completely random. i ordered this to arrive before valentine’s day and it just arrived in march. this entire process feels like a joke and scam. i’ve heard great reviews about this but this was genuinely terrible.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Ordered a gift for a special birthday within 8 weeks - and despite payiing for express postage, and continued apologies for delay, lie upon lie upon lie. Sill no parcel delivered, and they think a 10% compensation payment is acceptable.
Do yourself a favour and order 12 months in advance of needing a gift - you'll still not get it on time, but hey you have been warned.....

I’m not satisfied what so ever with my product. It is completely the wrong item from what it was supposed to be. My item was supposed to be a poster but instead I got a keychain. You can barely see any of the words and the pics are so tiny.

And on top of that I paid extra for fast delivery for the item to have so many issues pop up and not get the item until now.

And nothing to compensate for all the issues that came up and for it arriving way later then it said it would. This isn’t okay.

DID NOT SHOW UP TO MY HOUSE EVEN THOUGH I CLEARLY HAD DIRECTIONS! DO NOT ORDER! FIND A BETTER COMPANY TO ORDER FROM!

This came out better than I expected, I'm so very happy with this product. It's for an anniversary gift so I know they're going to love it like I do!!!!! Great idea overall definitely reccomend!!!

the quality was not what was in details

This has been the worst experience. From shipping to customer service to finding a solution!!!! They are terrible. The package was ordered in a timely manner and was still late shipping. Was suppose to be here today and now it's not logging on the tracking system again since 2/15/26. At this point just give me my refund.

Es verdad que el producto tardo más de lo que habían indicado cuando lo compré, pero las dos veces que contacté con Elsie me atendió perfectamente, y me indico un enlace para poder seguir el envío del producto.

Myspotifyplaque is a SCAM. They advertised a 3D Action figure with an accessory and sent what amounts to a luggage tag. They didn’t even replicate the photo properly AND added hidden costs of $6.98 for nonsense
