I ordered a dual-photo FridgeBeats magnet with a personalised song for my friend’s anniversary, but I accidentally received someone else’s pictures. I contacted customer support, and to my surprise, they responded very quickly and started remaking my order within minutes.
I am very satisfied with their customer service and how efficiently they handled the issue. I highly recommend FridgeBeats, it’s a unique and memorable gift for your loved ones, backed by excellent customer support.

Ordered may 11th recieved customized product june 2nd. The quality of the image is not very good, it is grainy and the front of the magnet isn't lined up with the back. It's a cool concept but poorly assembled.

Buyer beware! I wouldNOT recommend a fridge beat product. It literally came as the picture that I ordered in a plastic box with no electronics inside of it. It will not charge. It will not turn on. It is empty. No song can play. Thats its purpose! No response from owner. It shipped fine but not operational at all. Asked for a full refund and I've heard nothing. Very disappointed!!!

Bin zufrieden mit dem Kühlschrankmagneten und den Platten. Finds toll, dass man sich die Songs selbst aussuchen kann. Was definitiv noch fehlt sind, dass man einzelne Vinyls bestellen kann. BITTEEEE
Druck ist ok, nur auf einer Platte ist kein Bild drauf....aber das stört mich nicht weiter.

My experience with FridgeBeats has been the most unsatisfactory that I’ve experienced. The delivery of the items I ordered were one month late. Once I got them. 4 Records, 1 Player, 1 USB Power Cord & Wooden Stand Personalized With My Wife’s Name (Extra Cost) - I did an unboxing video. 2 of the records had the music that I wanted on them and 1 record had the wrong music on it. The other record had nothing on it. The Player didn’t fit in the stand and was a waste. The shoddiness of this product and production schedule is sad because it’s a GREAT concept. Unfortunately the way it is being handled is apparent in its delivery.

Vicky was patient and so very helpful! I changed designs and music and she was so patient! I will be back!!

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent order. First, the delivery was delayed by nearly two weeks. More importantly, after waiting a full month to receive the item, the quality is completely unacceptable.

The custom photo I provided looks incredibly pixelated and cheap, despite the fact that I uploaded a high-definition image. The final product is in terrible condition and looks nothing like the high-quality items advertised on your website. This has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience.

From start to finish, Vivian communicated brilliantly , putting my mind at rest ,we worked together with my CCTV and I received my new one in the post in good time for the celebration I needed it so thank you , what an amazing company

We bought 2 and love them! Everyone we've shown them to finds them just as adorable and yet hilarious at the same time. I've been telling friends about it and they are now buying some also! Thank you!

I ordered as a present, it arrived however it had a mark on it. Vivian from the customer services team was excellent and helped get a replacement. She ensured I was happy with the final print mock up. Replacement has arrived and it's great. The magnet could be better but overall great experience.

Was promised online that it would arrive by mother's Day and it didn't. Now I'm scrambling for a gift.

Bought the insurance that is supposed to immediately ship again for free if lost. It was lost. They refused to ship immediately. After about a month, they asked me to pay them $10 and tried to make me feel sorry for them. Either it's a teenage kid running the "biz" from their parent's basement, of they should be sued out of business.

I love the product! The waiting time was a bit long, but not longer than indicated during placing the order. It's such a cute and thoughtful gift! I didn't realise it's rechargeable too, which is a great surprise.
