I just ordered from here as a gift for my wife right after our wedding and I am so happy with the product..

Good little product hit the right spot. Delivery’s a bit long

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered a custom FridgeBeats gift as a birthday surprise for my wife. It included a family photo (I dont post my kid's pocts online and i was hoping this to get delivered to my wife and now its with some random) and was meant to be one of the most meaningful gifts I had planned, along with concert tickets.

I paid extra for Priority Shipping, Shipping Insurance, and every available upgrade because I wanted everything to arrive safely and on time.

The tracking claims the package was delivered to my "front door," but it was not. According to the delivery information, the package was left somewhere in the street, nothing to track it or identifythe location. I searched around my apartment complex immediately after noticing the delivery and could not find it anywhere.

The fact that a package containing my family's personal photo is now missing because of such careless delivery is unacceptable. This isn't just about the money-it's about privacy.

I expect FridgeBeats to stand behind the insurance I purchased and resolve this immediately with an expedited replacement or another appropriate solution. Until this is resolved, I cannot recommend this company

Cool idea, but practically a crap product. The pictures are very poorly printed that you can barely see any details. I wish I had checked the reviews before I bought it as a present

The support I am receiving from Grace is great. She is very supportive and following up my concerns.

Product arrived defective, they offered a 30% refund, that doesn’t make sense. Either replace the product or refund the whole amount. What’s the point of having a non-functioning audio player that hangs on the fridge, the media player requires discs to be aligned with a certain area to read, and the magnet to hold the media is off centered.

Initially I wouldn’t have given 5 stars as there was an issue with my order but after dealing with Elsie in the customer service department I changed my mind replies were so quick and she was great at sorting out my issue and I am really happy with my order.

Horrible quality overall. At the very least, you would expect a fridge magnet to… stick to the fridge? Not in my experience. I was finally able to gift one for Father’s Day, but did not realize that they needed QA right out the gate (purchase made a couple of months ago). Other than the tinniness, the poor graphics, and the unclear font/writing, the “magnet” itself didn’t even stick to the fridge; kept sliding off. Customer service would not replace the item, but advised to stick a magnetic strip at the back; absolutely hilarious given that the main thing this was made to do was to stick onto a fridge. The second magnet I purchased has also started to wear as the green magnet part is now coming off.

Looks like we were foiled! Not at all a polished product as the ads would suggest; this is another drop-ship company selling cheap Chinese garbage.

Items never arrived. Don’t waste your money.

A bit disappointed in the quality.I have found the writing especially the bits in white to be very small and hard to read. It looks like the printer has ran out of ink in those parts. While I love the idea behind it I feel like the look isn't as good as advertised.

Such a great gift idea for loved ones! Having a song linked to a memory in such an accessible way is a great gift. Also, the fact you can change the song too at home is such a great feature, especially if you want a specific part of the song. I had the pleasure of reaching out to customer service for a query and was connected with Vivian and Vicky who were both polite and helpful! I will be ordering from here again!

Ordered fridge magnet-
1). I ordered their names on it as a personalization. Products is not personalized.

2). Volume to low, emailed to find out how to turn it up, to complicated for us, tried and can’t do it.

Won’t order again.

Magnet und Gerät funktionierten nicht bei der 1. Bestellungen und musste reklamiert werden. nach zig Email und Beweisvideos erst Ersatz bekommen. Wieder 4 Wochen warten. Neues Gerät angekommen und Magnet geht leider wieder nicht. Es liegt an meiner Oberfläche wird gesagt. Ich habe es sowohl am Kühlschrank als auch an einer Magnettafel versucht. Beides ohne Erfolg. Leider 30€ und viel Zeit und Nerven umsonst investiert. Schöne Idee aber schlechte Umsetzung. Schade.

The product is cool. My sister gave me one for my birthday so my nephew wanted to give her one for her 50th birthday. Unfortunately, even though I paid extra for expedited delivery, they failed. It is also impossible to get help. When I selected support for tracking an order, I was handed over to a bot that then said they could help if I entered my credit card information for a fee. Cool concept. Crap service. Not worth it. There are other great US-based companies that can do things that are just a good. I'll stick with Shutterfly - even though it is more expensive, I know I am going to get things on time.

Vivian and Gene were very quick to response to email and my request. The parcel was lost in delivery due to an Australia Post’s truck accident and though it’s not Fridgebeats’ fault, they sent me my replacement. Very happy with their customer service!

Although when my purchase arrived it wasn’t working the way it should….but when I reached out to customer support they were right on top of the situation came up with a solution fast and took care of the problem. I had the best customer service. I would like to thank all that were involved in helping me. Thank you

I received my order of the players that have the disc that changed. I got two of these one for my husband and one for my father. Both of the players were broken. One of the disc in each set didn’t work and another one. The song that I picked was an English when I picked it, but was in another language when it got to us. I sent them pictures and then also sent a video of the broken place to show it better and where the disc didn’t work and played in another language and was told that I could change the songs myself.
