Fridgebeats Recenzje

Super product and quick delivery! Really great quality!

I received the order today and it’s really nice. I played one of the little tunes and it plays clearly and I really like it.

Really good thanks.

Great item. Good communication regarding missing item. Rectified within no time.

This is a pretty cool anniversary gift. The first one did arrive with a print issue, but their service was quick to rectify it and send a new one. Would recommend.

This is the best experience I have had with a personalised gift. There was initially a small issue and the customer service provided was amazing. They even sent me a brand new item as it was a gift for my Daughter In Law.

I think it's a great product, great for anniversarys or any special events. I love the custome magnet fridge, just stick it on your fridge and listen to your favourite music. Seeing I'm not very technically minded, the format was easy to follow, easy to down load music which I normally struggle with and find your best picture. The delivery service was very good and within the time allocated, also the package was nice and compact. I will definitely be purchasing another one and more. I have already recommended it to friends so yes it's well worth it. Thank you

Quick detailed customer service regards my order status

I love both magnets. Your staff are brilliant. I have just sent off for two more . Thank you.I think that’s 28 now. My six children were so happy , I got them one each with a photo of them with their dad. It’s a lovely memory of him for them. All mine photos and memory’s of him from 1969. Thank you so much 😊

I had never purchased fridge beats before, but I have received them as gifts. I do love them, and there are so many different options to personalize it for yourself or a loved one. What a great idea, and I'm so glad that it was invented during my time.

HOWEVER, I read the reviews, and unfortunately I did notice some of the attributes discussed. One of ours is super tinny and high pitched, one is echoey like it's in a tunnel, and one doesn't even play loud enough to hear it. For the third one, my husband contacted them and they said to use the website to increase the volume. HUH?!?? You guys made this item, we shouldn't have to finish it for you.

Bisher ist nichts eingetroffen.
Wofür habe ich Express bezahlt ???

1 Star this time! The picture is too dark and when I press the "b" I hear "Power On" .... "Pairing" .... and then the music starts! Overall the quality is bad, definitely NOT like the ads!

UPDATE: They responded as following :
We are very sorry that we were not able to provide you with perfect service. This is not the kind of shopping experience we want to bring you and we sincerely apologize and will communicate with you further via email to resolve the issue.

They never contacted me via email!

Everything is great however the photo came out quite dark. It was a bright sunny day with mountains and snow in the background, so a little disappointing in that regard but still cool item
I am sure he will love it.

Produits conforme comme dans les vidéos, j’ai personnalisé l’image et la phrase, c’est exactement comme j’ai demandé. Fonctionne parfaitement et c’est arrivé plutôt rapidement. Livré en Polynésie française. Je recommande !

This gift is more then expected, very please. Shipping was a few days earlier than expected.
Love it

I ordered two fridgebeats for my brothers birthday.
I got his favourite songs on each of them and when I received them the photo I got on each of them looked brilliant and was a perfect size.
When we played the music the sound and quality was excellent.
They are so much fun and are great gift for someone that has everything and are hard to buy for!!
A great conversation piece for when visitors notice them on the fridge.

Great little gift! Sits proudly on our fridge. The music comes out clear and fairly loud considering it’s a fridge magnet! I’d definitely purchase another in the future.

Was very thrilled with me purchase, I customer support wasn’t the easiest to contact but when I finally did, they responded in a timely manner and gave good assistance.

Really exceeded my expectations. Great quality overall!

The product is superb! Quality, design, memories, music! All on it! One of the best gifts I’ve had the opportunity to get for the love of my life. A gift that reminds us why we are still together.
