I do not even have a policy! I read many 5 star reviews about getting policies through Freeway. I was suspicious, I mean getting a policy and a good price is one thing, but how the company handles claims if the real test! So I kept reading and started to see how customer claims were treated - SAD. Then I went BBB and looked at complaints. It only takes a few complaints for me to realize something is wrong, well, the complaints on BBB were mostly about claims and they were numerous. I watch companies replies to many complaints - they all sound concerned and like the will take care of the problems. I do not think so, those people are so frustrated with the money and claim problems they could spit nails. ALWAYS check multiple sources and for sure BBB see it the customer replies to the company's reply saying they are satisfied; it does not happen very often.099

They suck, the customer service is trash and they set up auto pay even if you tell them to hold off on it.

I have been with the company as a customer for over a year and as I've tried to renew my insurance with them this time around I've had a horrible experience. Their staff are unprofessional, I was texted and called multiple times by a certain agent because I didn't work with her to make a policy. I then purchased a policy with a quote given to me by an agent and then as I'm signing the documents she got important personal details wrong on my policy. Those errors then affected my rate of my policy and the agent didn't reach out till later with basically no solution. I spoke to a supervisor who made false promises. He said I could get a full refund if I canceled the policy which was false. I was practically playing phone tag with everyone here. I was then directed by an agent to go in person to cancel my policy where I was told I will NOT get a full refund. All these issues caused by their agents and I'm the one that has to figure it out on my own.

Gabriella as wonderful and helped me get Insurance for my daughter. The process was fast and much cheaper that other providers.

Horrible experience nasty attitudes called the office in Texas..unprofessional and acted like you are bothering them..Do not go with them they will tell you one price and when you call literally right back they quote you something else....Sound like scamming to me allegedly.

He was very patient specifically when I wanted credentials to assure me I was making the right choice since it seemed to good to be true.
