I will do my best to address your review and explain why the correct item was sent out to you.
As previously mentioned to you in our emails, with our activewear collection, we use the size guide of ‘fits medium’ rather than size ‘medium’. This is only because with activewear there are two different sizing options, UK sizing and Asia sizing.
So, using your order as an example, depending on stock availability, we would either send out a UK size medium or an Asian size large, both of which fit someone who is normally a size medium.
In your case, you placed an order of a Nike Miler that fits a size medium, so we sent out an Asian size large which fits the exact same as a UK size medium
In regard to your comment about not refunding you, unfortunately this is not true. We did in fact offer to take the T-Shirt back from you and then we would process a refund. However, we did not hear back from you.
As a small business, our reviews play a massive part in how our business operates. We really hope you can reconsider your review as we feel that we did everything correctly regarding your order.

Fantastic and quick service

Rare item, delivered successfully
I was looking for a rare Nike jacket that my son wanted and we couldn't find anywhere else. Since it was sold out everywhere else even on Nike official website, I was a bit suspicious to order from quite a new, random site, not knowing if the product would be original or even arrive at all. I did some research and I decided to place the order after reading about other satisfied customers. We received an email order acknowledgement straight away and their email communication was prompt throughout the process until the delivery (letting us know it's been packaged, when it will arrive, etc). The product was as described, arrived in the time frame promised and it was beautifully packaged. Wishing Forever Sourcing best of success for the futures online and for their store in Edinburgh!
