First and foremost, I want to sincerely apologise for your experience with us - it’s clear we fell short, and I completely understand your frustration. What should have been a smooth and straightforward order turned into something far from ideal, due to a mix of unfortunate circumstances and mistakes on our end.
You placed your order on the 28th of March, and it was collected by Royal Mail the following day. When we saw your review on Trustpilot on the 5th of April, we immediately got in touch. After investigating with both yourself and Royal Mail, it was clear that the parcel had been lost.
Once we confirmed this, we quickly arranged a replacement pair and refunded your original shipping costs. Unfortunately, Royal Mail has since refused to cover the cost of the lost item, which really epitomises the overall experience - frustrating for you as a customer and disheartening for us as a small business.
Things took another turn when the wrong pair of shoes was sent to you - we mistakenly sent the Adidas SL72 Cow Print instead of the Adidas Samba Cow Print you originally ordered. While they may be visually similar, it was still a significant error, and one that should not have happened. For that, we’re truly sorry.
Despite all of this, you remained incredibly patient and understanding throughout. That didn’t go unnoticed, and I want to personally thank you for your kindness during what was undoubtedly a frustrating process.
After providing you with a returns label, you sent the SL72s back to us, and once we received them, we promptly sent out the correct pair - the Adidas Samba Cow Prints - which I’m happy to hear have now arrived.
We know the delay and the back-and-forth were unacceptable, and your one-star review is more than fair. We pride ourselves on customer service, and this was a moment where we fell short. It’s important to us to own our mistakes, and to always respond - whether the feedback is positive or not.

Was dubious as never heard of or used…
Was dubious as never heard of or used company before but they had the trainers my son wanted that couldn’t get elsewhere and had trouble previously ordering with laced and not receiving but trustpilot showed good reviews so I took the plunge used credit card for extra layer of protection and ordered. SO happy arrived so quickly and efficiently with emails along the way giving me delivery details and updates
