I got recommended forever sourcing from a good friend of mine earlier this year. The staff were very friendly and the online ordering experience is seamless. I’ve had some bad experiences from previous exclusive stores but so far everything’s been high quality!

The most disgusting shop I have ever…
One month on and still no postage refund as informed by the scam company. A full update of all correspondence coming shortly. You will quickly note the volume of 'positive' feedbacks since my last post. Trust this company at your own risk.
Shop's "refund policy" (05/04/2024): All items ordered via our online store are eligible for an exchange or store credit 14 days from the day of arrival.(This policy was only added recently)
It is stated on gov.UK that 'you must offer refund for online shopping'.
Refund includes original payment, store credit is not original payment, the shop is misleading the law.

PART1:
The most disgusting shop I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. I purchased a hoodie from them online, size was big (excessively large), the item was not new, one tag missing, package bag is dirty, stick label on package was partly torn. Pictures taken when received. Requested refund simply telling the item was oversized without providing further info. However, it was refused. By law all online shopping must provide refund. I sent a formal letter to request refund, no reply. I returned the item to them. Soon they received, they make up excuse that there is smell of smoke on the hoodie, and refused to refund. This company is dishonest. They have not even have return policy in their website to accept refund. No return policy on website means the site must update or close. Beware, not new item, dirty package, partly torn stick label on package, refuse to refund by making false excuse. Keep your money in your pocket do not shop here, or become scammed by this shop. If you ever shop online, make sure to check the return policy first, it stated on gov.UK that 'you must offer refund for online shopping'. Shops without providing return policy for online shopping are breaking the Law and untrustworthy.
PART 2:
Let me explain why your shop doesn't provide return and refund policy for online shopping in a mathematical way:
1) I purchased a hoodie from you for £149.99 (on sale) online. I receive the item, and request a return and refund well within 14days, my legal rights.
2) You rejected my request by offering me an exchange OR store credit.
3) If I were to accept an exchange, I would have to return with the postage of £9.45 (this is based on the postage I paid for my return). If I was still unhappy with the item exchanged, I then have to return it once again with a further £9.45 cost to me. At this point, I would have already paid £18.90 on postage for nothing.
4) Now I have to accept ‘store credit’ which you offer for the price of £149.99, based on the fact you do not even provide a refund policy for online shopping.
5) If I never find anything I would like to purchase from your shop, you will keep my £149.99. This could be kept for a lasting period, perhaps even for life. The fact is, I don't have any interest in any other items in your shop.
6) So far, my total loss is £168.99 with nothing.
7) I say, ‘if’ your company were to go into administration, then I will never be able to get my money back £149.99.
8) Doing a little research last night, I discovered that the hoodie I purchased from you was listed (on sale) for £149.99, without providing an online shopping refund policy. The same hoodie is listed for under £100 and also provides a free return and refund without issue, but I would have to pay delivery fee on the purchase, which I am happy to accept. (I can happily list the shop)
9) As a consumer one would have to weigh up the risk and benefit factors of online shopping. For loss risk of £168.99 with an unlawful service, or only pay around £100 with no risk with a full service provided.
Easy Maths.
As already explained in my last email, I am happy to publish all correspondence here if you wish. As a point of interest, you advised me in your last email, you were trying to resolve this matter yesterday with management, however there has been no response. This appears to be common practice at your company.

It is a real shame that you have taken the time to give this negative review, especially with a number of false accusations being made.
As mentioned on email, your return did not pass our T&C's because the item has been worn and the hoodie smells of smoke so the item will be sent back to you. All orders we send out are double packaged, and carefully examined before sending out. We are yet to have a complaint about the items that we send out in terms of packaging.
We are extremely puzzled how all these claims about the hoodie not being brand new and issues with the tag / label are only now being mentioned, right after we have told you that the hoodie smells of smoke (you have sent us a picture of the hoodie being worn). These claims, if were true, surely would have been mentioned over the last 10 days, but they were not.
Once we receive the relevant address, we will ship this item back to you.

Sadly after over a week and lots of chasing up it was determined that Royal Mail lost the item I ordered! Only to then learn that the size I ordered was not actually manufactured… We all make mistakes, lies are not always the solution!!

We are saddened to see that you felt you needed to give our business a negative review after your experience with us. We are especially confused at to your comment about us lying about the size that you had ordered not even being manufactured.
We wish to clear up those remarks in the hope that you reconsider your review as we do not believe that a 1 star experience occurred.
You ordered the Nike Dunk Low Two Tone PS UK1 from us. Before we get in to explaining the situation and what has happened, we would first like to address your comment about that particular product not being manufactured. That specific product and size does exist and can be easily found by putting the SKU in to Google (DH9756-001). As you will see the product does exist and that is why we offer it on our website. We would be more than happy to jump on a call to explain how that particular product and size does exist.
You placed an order with us on Thursday the 11th of January at 23:15 and chose the free standard delivery option (3-7 working days). We shipped your order on the Monday via Royal Mail to arrive to you on the Tuesday, which would have been the 3rd working day.
You phoned our store on the 18th to let someone from our team know that you had still not received your order. The in-store staff member told you that they would contact someone from the processing team to determine what had happened to your order. We instantly got in contact with Royal Mail to ask them what had happened and they informed us that they would get back to us. The following day (19th), Royal Mail informed us that they had in-fact lost your parcel. We instantly got in contact with you to email you about the situation and gave our apologises a number of times. We have no control over Royal Mail and how they operate and as someone from our team explained, if we had known about your parcel being lost, we would have quickly dealt with the situation to ensure you received another pair as soon as possible.
We tried our hardest to resolve the situation by offering an alternative pair or instantly refunding you. Despite initially choosing the former, you then changed your mind and wished to receive the refund, to which we issued straightaway.
As a small business, our reviews play a massive part in how our business operates. We really hope you can reconsider your review as although your order was lost by a third-party company, which is out-with our control, we feel that we did everything possible to try and resolve the situation.
