335 Hundeartikel und jeder Einzelne - egal wie lächerlich der Artikel ist (Hunde-Sonnenhut) - hat eine 5-Sterne-Bewertung? Das ist einfach Betrug.

Einmal und nie wieder. Erst wartet man 2 Wochen auf eine Bestellung, die angeblich nach 3 Tagen da sein soll, dann kommt ein Billigmüll "made in china". Kein retourenschein, keine Anweisung wie Retoure gehen soll und das Beste: Rücksendung muss selbst bezahlt werden. Finger weg von diesem Shop.

Leider wurde der bestellte Artikel ( bestellt 20.07.2025 und via PayPal bezahlt) nicht geliefert. Zugesendete Sendungsverfolgung DHL stand tagelang auf " elektronisch angekündigt". Auf Nachfrage wird als zu blöd hingestellt und man solle die Sendungsverfolgung aktualisieren. PayPal wird eine ganz andere Sendungsverfolgung mitgeteilt, die definitiv nicht zu meiner Adresse passt. Fallklärung über Paypal läuft noch. Dass das Produkt aus China kommt, gleichen Artikel über anderen Anbieter aus Asien viel schneller erhalten, wurde in keinster Weise gesagt.
Nie wieder, das ist Betrug.

Well received another update on my missing order. Recap: purchased on 12 December. Bed was never received and after several back and forth emails stating my address was incorrect(its not and shows on the invoice) they offered a refund. I accepted and yet 2 weeks later have not received that. Instead received an email stating they want me to call around and do their job! "We recommend that you reach out to your local USPS post office directly, as they should be able to provide more accurate information regarding the delivery. Sometimes, packages are marked as delivered in the tracking system without specifying the exact location or person who received it. Your local post office will have more details and can offer assistance in locating your package." Also, "If, after contacting USPS, the package still cannot be located, we advise filing a Missing Mail and Lost Package claim with USPS. Unfortunately, as per our policy, MrFluffyFriend™ is unable to reimburse or reship orders that have been misdelivered by the post office or are reported as stolen from your property."This was a bed i was trying to get for my dog before Deployment and this is the reaponse from them! Awful company who are preying on pet lovers! DON'T FALL FOR IT!!!

La taille du coussin est beaucoup trop petite meme si j'ai suivi les indications sur le site pour en faire l'achat. Pour le prix, la qualité est bien ordinaire. D'après moi, le coussin ne durera pas longtemps, car mon chien le promène dans sa gueule et tente d'enlever les poils,

Livraison dans les temps, article conforme et sympa. Manque d'infos dans l'attente du colis. On aimerais bien pourvoir suivre celui-ci...

24/7 Erreichbarkeit, lächerlich.
Am Sonntag 14.01.24 habe ich ein Hundebett bestellt 6 Minuten nach Bestellung storniert was natürlich nicht möglich ist weil das Lager den Artikel angeblich schon gepackt hat . Fünf Tage kein Versand . Email hin und her es ist nicht möglich zu stornieren ich kann den Artikel gern zurückgeben wenn er zugestellt wurde aber natürlich nur Orginal verpackt im besten Fall noch vakuumverpackt.
Email geschrieben mit der Bitte um Rücksendung.Natürlich
keine Antwort so viel zu 24/7.
Das Hundebett ist nicht wie abgebildet und einfach billiger Chinaschrott der herrlich nach Chemie riecht .

Tried to cancel order within hours of placing one. Was told once order is confirmed it cannot be canceled but once received said order i could return for a full refund.
What they don't tell you is buyer is responsible for shipment of returned item. To China!
So you end up keeping it. Dont buy it here. Go to Home Goods, the Pet Store or Amazon. It will be half the cost with none of the aggravation. Its a nice bed. Not a nice company.

The picture of the largest on the “XL” bed is MISLEADING- my shepherd belly fits on the so called “XL” . Customer service SUCKS!!!!

My dog threw up the day after we opened this and fluffy friends, were right on the ball to help.

info says helps with anxiety. got the dog bed, opened it up. my dog laid in it about 1/2 hour later. stayed there awhile. I left the house for about 1 1/2 hours. Come back and she had chewed the side open and filling was everywhere.

Don’t do it. We ordered a dog bed which either wasn’t delivered or was stolen as it can only have been left at the front door rather than with a neighbour as instructed. Fluffyfriends refused to refund, replace or provide ANY useful info that would allow us to get compensation from the deliverer. £68 down and no dog bed. Stick with AMAZON. Emails from the company are available to anyone thinking of using this firm.

die beworbene Rückerstattung, falls ein Artikel nicht entspricht, gibt es nicht, man soll sich darum kümmern, ob jemand das Teil brauchen kann und selbst kann man ja was neues bestellen. unter Kundenfreundlichkeit stell ich mir was anderes vor.
es gibt keine Kontaktadresse wohin man Rücksendungen schicken kann
