I ordered a lamp almost 2 months ago. Received no updates regarding where it was, I wrote to customer care and they said due to the pandemic dispatch is taking longer. I haven’t got any other email since and still don’t know where my order is. I have been ordering off multiple websites since the pandemic and none have taken this long.

Terrible costumer service, I've ordered a chest of drawers sometime before christmas and was told it would be another few MONTHS before I would get it. I have requested a refund and cancellation of my order because I'm moving over email and no response! I resorted to contacting them over Facebook to resolve my issue and they took down their Facebook page a few hours later!!
I just want to cancel it and get a refund!

I dont know whats worse having my emails ignored on their official business email address and getting ghosted on Facebook when I tried to contact them or the fact that I had to resolve my problem on a reviews site and being told they haven't heard anything from me. In my opinion they care more about business image than their customers considering they're more focused on their reviews on this than their inbox.
Yes brexit has made things difficult but it does not excuse the unprofessionalism that I have personally experienced.

Hey guys, got an email that my review has been looked at quite a bit and I looked at all the new bad reviews, I'd like to point out that considering they have been at a constant 3.5 stars with many 1 star reviews I'm sure that many of the 5 star reviews of recent are bots used to keep it at a resonable rating. I'd advise not to trust fully in the "Good" reviews to avoid getting your hopes up.

I ordered a console table the 28th of November. In late December when I was enquiring when I would receive the table, I was told it was out of stock but would be back in by January. It is February now, 4 emails later with no response and I still haven't heard from them. All I want is my money back at this stage.
Yes I want a refund please.

Absolutely appalling. I made 79 phone calls over a 2 month period to get the issue resolved. It took over a month to get the bed collected and a refund issued. Honestly the worst customer service l have ever received.

The table is good quality. The delivery took more than 1 month

Was told my item was in stock and would be delivered in 4 days. It's been 4 weeks and I'm still struggling to get a refund from them. Beware of this crowd. They refuse to accept cancellations when they can't deliver and fight tooth and nail to hang onto your money and give you nothing in return.

Great quality . I will buy furniture from Flanagan's again.

The website is fine, I ordered some items on the 11/12/2020 and now is February 2021 and I still haven't received all the items. The sales team always tells you they will call you back and they don't. I have to work and be chasing furniture on my days off. Maybe you should improve your interactions with the costumer. I don't mind if the furniture isn't in stock but at least tell me whats going on, I tried to offer many options and was being very flexible and still took me ages to manage something out. Furniture is good and affordable that's the reason I gave 2 stars. Just have to sort out some of your staff because this is bad for business, I will think twice now before I buy something from you again. Last item delivered today 8/2/21.

Placed an order for a wardrobe with matching unit on the 13th of December, after emailing the company I received the matching unit but 7 weeks later no wardrobe. No update received from company - no response to emails. Status continues to say On Order. I could not recommend Flanagans the customer service is very poor.

Update: Now 9 weeks from date of purchase still no update from company and no reply to queries as to status of delivery. I’m beginning to think the company is not in operation anymore and may have gone into liquidation.

Update: Received a delivery finally on the 23rd of February 10 weeks after order, on opening the package I received a complete different wardrobe than what was purchased. Honestly this company could not get any worse waiting to hear back from them as to when they will collect the incorrect delivery, I will update further, when I receive my order. I’m going to give it a week and then go to the ccpc with a formal complaint.

I had a good experience with Flanagan’s. I purchased two sofas and found the service from Flanagans to be very good. Response to my emails re delivery status was adequate and the delivery guy was friendly and more than helpful. I would order from Flanagans in the future.

I ordered a piece of furniture on January 4th with a 3-4 week delivery time. A week later I decided to call and just find out how long it would and was told the item wasn’t in stock ( but no one contacted me to say as much). Rather than request a refund, I chose a substitute and the following week, I called to see how long the deliver would be. They said definitely this week. The item never arrived. I understand deliveries are slower with Covid, but like everyone here, I feel I’ve been given the run around. And here I was trying to support an Irish company that’s been in business a long time.

Following my review, Flanagan's have said my refund was processed yesterday (29/01/21) as per their email. I've checked my account and there is no refund and I never received an email.

Ordered my tub chair online,website was so easy to use and while it had said delivery could take 4 weeks i received my order within 2 weeks,Good going esp with covid.Great quality and great service

The bookcase I ordered was even nicer in reality than I expected. The price, colour and quality was very good. It was delivered promptly and in perfect condition. I was wary of ordering furniture online but was very happy with my experience.

We Placed an Order on the 23rd of November and today is the 29th of January and still yet to receive the Order. The most frustrating thing is they never get back to you We have contacted them 8 or 9 occasions and only last Tuesday They told us the server was down in their Suppliers returned the call within minutes and advised They would call on Wednesday to advise a new delivery date. No Call. Today asked to Speak Staff we had spoke to before but again today neither were available or even a manager available to talk to. A call, A Text, An Update on the Online Status or An Email from them to keep us updated at any point would have made all the difference. Sadly Now I will have to Try to recover my Money. This has left a sour taste and I am unable to recommend Flanagan's.

Received sideboard within estimated timeframe! Stated between 2-3 weeks est. delivery and got delivered at exactly 2 weeks. Unit perfect and exactly as ordered. Dropped a star because we were not notified of delivery so we were out (within 5km!!) when delivery arrived. Gained the star back as the delivery drivers kindly waited 15 mins for us to get back. Will definitely use again as great price and fair delivery time!

Item as described on website. Great transaction but delivery can be relatively slow. My bed took 10 weeks from first ordered and paid on website

The customer service was great although I order in November and got it last week that is the reason for 4 stars. Couldn't be helped with all the issues with deliveries at the moment but would 10 out 10 purchase from them again... product is perfect
