I am delighted with my kitchen bar stools. I was looking for something different and I have to say these are sturdy and so very comfortable. My only gripe is, I kept tracking where my order was and while it said still with manufacturer, the delivery men turned up out of the blue. Relieved I was at home and not out walking!

Excellent product. Very fast delivery.

Excellent experience. I received my delivery within the expected time. Everything was included and in good order. I assembled the unit and it came out perfectly.

I ordered 3 manual recliners. Great price, service, delivery and quality! Will defiantly be ordering again :)

Ordered a sideboard from Flanagan’s website....was very happy when it arrived...quality was excellent and it was delivered before the due date.

Brilliant place to order from

I was contacted to say that the item I had originally ordered was out of stock, I was offered an alternative to which I accepted. That was on Feb 3rd, after ringing and emailing them a couple of times I’ve still heard nothing back and still have no order. I’m extremely dissatisfied. Terrible customer service.

Edit; I changed from 1 STAR to 3 STARS as I have just been contacted to say I will have my order before Saturday. I hope they are true to their word.

Edit; I have changed back to one star because it is now Sunday and I still have got no order even though I was “ensured” I would have it before Saturday. Disgrace, I’m getting pissed off now.

Edit; I was told it would be here by Tuesday as shown below in reply from flanagans. Sharon from flanagans furniture ensured me I’d have my order before Saturday 27th of feb. Then I was told that fastway would have it on Monday the 1st March and I would have it by Tuesday. I have made contact with Flanagans yet again yesterday and today, was told fastway have my order which is funny because I have contacted fastway just now and they’re telling me to contact sender because they do not have it! Flanagans Furniture you have a lot of explaining to do, this is absolutely ridiculous carry for a company who are “passionate about furniture and 36 years in business”.

I have no reason to believe my order will be with me anytime soon, I’ve never dealt with a business like this before! Never again, a shower of liars!

I ordered dressing table. Took 3 weeks to arrive. After 10 days of my order, Sharon from customer care called and said they don't have the table I ordered in stock, altough I called before I ordered and at that time they said they have it. Anyway, I was happy enough to change for a different table, and they refunded difference in the price. Couple of small issues, but generally they are good crew to deal with. Customer care staff are nice and polite which is much appreciated. Table was easy to assemble. I will order again from them.

If I could have given no stars I would have! After searching for furniture for many months, I decided to purchase from Flanagan's as the lead time was 2-3 weeks. We were moving to a new home and the furniture was 2 beds, 2 mattresses, 2 wardrobes, 2 desks and 2 chairs. I ordered them the beginning of November. After many phone calls, each saying they would be delivered this week, the story changed to stock not in until January except for the desks. I told them not to send desks until rest of stock available-desks arrived in damaged boxes where I could see the product was damaged. Spoke to lovely lady who said that they could be returned as I didn't want them without chairs etc. but this was questioned and told that the goods were 'probably' NOT damaged. Beds arrived end of January but wardrobes now not in stock until April. As I need this stock, I cancelled the ordered and told them to take back the desks as they are damaged and match the wardrobes that I am no longer getting. This request was refused but was told that chairs would be here next week and that the faulty desks were past the date of return. Funny that-so is the 3 weeks that the stock was supposed to be here in my new home. This company lies and falsely advertises. DO NOT USE THEM AT ANY COST. I did speak to lovely people in this company along the way namely a lady called Rosemary but unfortunately been managed by lies. I have sought advice and they are in for a battle. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY WHEN BUYING OR CONSIDERING BUYING FURNITURE-SHOP ELSEWHERE

I bought a coffee table three weeks ago. I rang twice and was I was told it would be delivered last week. No coffee table has been delivered and they have my money. Appalling company to deal with.

There customer service is one of the worst I have ever experienced. I ordered and paid for am item over 3 weeks ago. I have not received a confirmation email..Funds have been taken for the item. I have sent four emails and called twice but nobody had come back to me. I would advise people to stay well clear of this company. They replied to my bad review but I am yet receive a confirmation email of my order. The reply does not mention the awful customer service and promised call backs which did not happen. I stand by my original review.

Great service, would recommend to anyone looking for good quality furniture with great customer service.

I ordered a narrow chest of drawers and two lockers. When I called to chase the order, I was informed that there was a delay with the items by 2-3 weeks. Due to the delay, I requested a cancellation. This was confirmed via email and on the phone. I was then assured refund would be processed asap. Unfortunately, I then received two of the lockers. I contacted Flanagan's and they assured me that they would arrange a pick up, which they did. I did not want to deal any further with this company at this point.

Since then, I've had to call them and email them to find out about my refund. They assured me when my order was cancelled, they'd process it asap. When I called, they couldn't definitively say if it had been processed. I emailed to ask for proof that the PayPal refund had been issued. There have also been occasions where they have promised to call me back, which they haven't. I was so concerned that I would not receive a refund, having read negative reviews on here, I decided to open a PayPal case. Thankfully, PayPal were brilliant, found in my favour and refunded me my money. I cancelled my order on 22/01 and it took until the 13/2 to be refunded. Overall, a really negative online shopping experience.

I placed an order for 2 wardrobes 2 weeks ago, It says on their website if they don't have the stock when you order they will notify you.
I have tried numerous times to contact them, it's like the company doesnt exist, no phone number and their Facebook page is gone.
Im worried now that I've lost my money

Everything was perfect it would be 5 stars If I would of known that my son's costume is comming all the way from US. I was late for his birthday but he still loves it.

My experience of Flanagan's started off ok but has since deteriorated. Almost 3 months since I ordered (and paid for) my items, they have not all been delivered and they can't tell me when they will be.

Incidentally, the only reason I have submitted this review is because you have been sending me weekly reminders to complete a review. I'd prefer updates on the status of my order, but if you insist that I go public about my experience then so be it.

Good service, happy with end product

Purchased 2 pieces of furniture in Nov, received one piece 8 weeks after order placed and still waiting on second piece. The communication from Customer service is shocking and the one email I received was very poor. Never apologised for delay just sent a very short and blunt email. I will never use or recommend this company again.

Keep your money for a Company that appreciates and values your business.
