Ordered a sideboard in January and we didn't hear any word until March when we followed and they said it wasn't in stock. Then they sent over alternatives which didn't suit so we asked for a refund. Then within a week they said they said it would be with us between 6-8 weeks, so four weeks later we called for an update and never heard back, then today we're told the item has never been due for delivery and they don't know why we were told 6-8 weeks at all. Just a terrible waste of time. Awful customer service throughout as well, they clearly all couldn't care less. Go anywhere else, I know I will

Ordered a mid sleeper in feb got it in April. It was their customer service that was shocking, I went to mail them again on Facebook to find out some info on where the bed was but for some reason I couldn’t reply to the mail anymore amd their fb page was gone! I seemed to have been blocked! So I went to their website page to email him to get an automated mail back sorry we are closed for stock take! So I’d no idea what was going on. Funny that now I got the bed that I can see their Facebook page is back up running. I wouldn’t deal with them again. I can’t seem to reply to your comment but I didn’t get the bed in March I got it in April! After been told by mail that I still have! That it would be 7-21 days for delivery

Ordered the Charles 2 sliding door wardrobe online and delivered to Northern Ireland in just under 3 weeks. The .co.uk site would not redirect for payment but the .ie site was fine and apart from no confirmation being received there were no other issues.
Wardrobe now built, lovely job.

Never again, ordered 4 kitchen stools in Sept costing 650euro. They never arrived. Rang repeatedly in Jan, Feb and March asking about them. Dealing with them on the phone was an awful experience. It was impossible to speak to someone in sales. I asked to speak to/left message for the owner to contact me. He never did despite 8 requests. I was told each request had been passed on to him. After waiting 6 months I was finally put through to sales where I cancelled order on 12-March. I was told by a member of staff that an email confirming my cancellation would be sent immediately. It wasn't. I still haven't got refunded. I rang today to be told something must have gone wrong with PayPal. Disgraceful.

Awful Company. Awful Customer service. Was waiting for an item for 5 months. Never came. no correspondence unless I rang them.. I'm waiting nearly 6 weeks for a refund.

Ordered two seater couch and two tub chairs on 11/3, was hesitant to order having read the reviews here, lady assured me items were in stock and I would have them in 2 weeks.
Delivered 12 days later on 23 March.
The people I spoke with with a pleasure to deal with, from sales advisor to delivery man .

Love the bed, great value. Good customer service but needs work on distribution, had to wait 4weeks for it to be delivered.

Same story as many reviews here, mother purchased a table on January the 7th, rang almost daily since mid Feb and they fed her more lies and crap than a little, total run around and blaming covid, brexit and logistics, on Thursday the 18th they rang to tell her it will be here tomorrow (Friday 19th), at 4:30 I rang and the not so helpful receptionist told me they can deliver up until 8pm and to lunchtime on Saturday, so here I am writing this review on Saturday afternoon with no table! The next stop is a solicitors letter, gone beyond a joke, absolute shambles and disgrace of a company sums them up

Ordered bed and mattress from Flanagans everything came on time. There was a problem with one of the parts supplied with the bed. They would not reply to calls or E mails they are an absolute disgrace I would not recommend them to anybody .Do not buy anything from them.

I searched various Irish websites looking for a bookcase and came across Flanagan's. I bought a tall grey bookcase and am delighted with it. Its gorgeous. Was delivered to West Cork in a few days by a friendly delivery man. Totally recommend this company.

EDIT on 18/03/21 - order finally received on 17/03/21 although it was delivered to the wrong address 65km away from me (permission obtained from Garda to collect). If this company sorts its admin/customer service out it will be great as I am really happy with tv unit I purchased. Very good quality product therefore updated to 2 stars.

NO STARS - AVOID this company if you want to save yourself a lot of hassles! Placed an order on 21/01/21, only when chasing up and threatening to go to media did they bother to respond saying they have a problem with manufacturing and I should choose another tv unit. Which I have and again no response or confirmation only after more threats do they respond saying they will immediately have the other unit assigned to me, this was on 23/02/21 and no response as to when I can expect the unit. Really avoid this company no service exists! Are they even real? They just take your money! They state on other complaints where did one send queries to to make it look like they not responding because they didn’t receive your queries, well I sent to the same email address they sent from including all the others. They just don’t respond and SOMETIMES do!!!

The worst case ever. Don’t order because you won’t get Nobody will call u back as promised. Terrible customer service. I ordered wardrobe feb 4 Delivery 2/4 weeks. No wardrobe now till middle of may . Phone messsge minder wishes u happy Christmas I have requested refund. Hopefully does nt take forever. I would never again deal with them if they were giving away the furniture for free 🤩

I’ve ordered a wardrobe for my daughter moved house - it’s over a month now and still no sign of it two emails with different answers and no refund
My daughter is autistic and likes things tidy her clothes are still in a suitcase a month later and they say another 2/3 weeks !!! No answer to emails now trying to clarify date of delivery

I am writing this review in the hope it saves someone else having to experience the appalling customer service with this company.
I found their website and saw they were Irish so wanted to support. Website boasts over 23,000 items online. We found two items of furniture we really liked at reasonable prices and placed our order on Jan 9th.
Fast forward to March 3rd and still nothing received. I had to send multiple emails and make multiple calls until I finally got to speak to Brigid who was very helpful. I was told the nest of tables we ordered would now be delivered in July, despite the website stating 2-4 weeks at the time. I advised I would like a full refund as not prepared to wait 6 months for a simple order. However I was told the second item, a lamp, was in stock and I would have to pay a 20% charge if I didn't accept the order. I decided to wait for the lamp as was reassured it would be delivered by Feb 19th (the same lamps still states 2-4 weeks on their website). Guess what, still no lamp, still no communication, no tracking information or response to my subsequent email stating I wanted the full refund. I'm pretty sure there is a consumer rights violation here. I also wish I had checked this site before placing an order and completely wasting 8 weeks of my life chasing it. Avoid!

Yet another example of your poor customer service and your lack of knowledge of your customers. Yes the refund for the nest of tables was issued since delivery would have taken 7 months. However still no refund for my lamp which has never arrived despite being told it was "in stock" So I am still waiting on a refund for the lamp. Also I would have expected a bit more empathy in your response to a customer?

Avoid at all costs. Zero customer service skills. The contact number is a company who don't work for flanagans and are unable to help you. Ordered furniture in Nov and still not received but they have my money. I've made and endless amount of calls and emails to try get to the bottom of this and still not received a call or response. They are doing a stock take now until 8th of march and this is their excuse not to speak to Customers. In all my years I've never experienced customer service as poor.

I placed an order over the phone. The sales consultant was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product I wanted to purchase. I was given a timeframe of when my items would be received by the warehouse ready for onward despatch to me which duly happened on time. Items were very well packaged and I could not have been more satisfied with the service.

I ordered an item from Flanagan's which turned out to be unobtainable due to shipping problems. There was no alternative but to request a refund. I found the staff to be very helpful and very pleasant to deal with. The refund arrived in my account as promised. I would have no hesitation in dealing with this company again.

When I placed my first order with Flanagan's, I got great service. I called to check the status of my second order and spoke to someone in Sales. I learned my delivery date had been pushed out 1-2 weeks past the last update I was given. Although not overly concerned by the delivery delay, I did point out it was not what I was originally told. The agent then proceeded to "lecture" me on how I had been given wrong information, how busy they were etc., etc. This "tirade" went on for a few minutes and when I asked if I could speak, she hung up on me. I sent an email to customer care but so far no one has had the good manners to respond.

Originally I was delighted with this company but based on my last interaction with them, I will not buy from them again

Excellent product. Found Flanagans very easy to deal with. Handled all my enquiries and my item was delivered ahead of schedule. Am delighted with the chest of drawers....beautifully crafted.
