Flanagan’s Recenzje 

Ordered a TV Stand on 24th March, which said in stock. I expected about two to three weeks delivery time.
I got a tracking number, which (eventually told me delivery on 9th April) it never arrived, and I rang and was told mid April.
Eventually an order arrived at the end of April, and it was the wrong order.
I contacted them (I have a call log list of 22 calls over the last 3 months) to arrange a swap. Have been told that my correct order was in the warehouse for weeks and weeks.
Was eventually told that it would be definitely arriving today. Here I am, and it has still not arrived.
I am arranging a charge back with my bank as they will not process a refund until they have collected the wrong order (which they won't arrange).
Have taken time off work for these deliveries which mysteriously never arrange.
Absolute waste of money, and time.
Just to update, they did eventually pick up the incorrect item. There was no swap, they never had my item in stock. I will not be changing my review as the whole thing was an absolute disgrace.

I was very happy with the service at Flanagan furniture. They were very helpful over the phone with my order. I would highly recommend anyone to deal with flanagan furniture, I will deal again. Delivery service very good also.

Good experience bit of delay in delivery but to be expected in current times. Piece bit difficult to assemble using instructions provided but managed eventually. Very happy with quality

Delighted with the 2 single wooden Maya beds that I ordered, a slight delay but after ringing and speaking to a very helpful sales person beds were delivered the next day, even though was told I'd be getting them in about another 2 weeks. Great quality and price. Only concern was the update of products by email as I have just checked and it still says on order with supplier even though they've been delivered. Had no notification that they were being delivered either but thankfully I was in.

Really good product, great value for money, the console table is lovely. Delivery was slightly delayed but staff were very helpful. Will definitely be ordering from Flanagans again!

Very poor customer service, I have sent plenty of email and called several times about my bed side table and office chair screws no response. They sent office chair parts but no screws to attach them when I asked , it's coming to you in post soon. It's been nearly 12 weeks now since I placed order no sign of delivery. No response for refund request. Such a poor customer service.

Was exactly what we ordered matches our other cabinet. Took a long time coming for to supply issues and brexit. Communication could have been better, but overall pleased with the transaction

Love my polar bedroom furniture. Beautiful and very sturdy. Only problem i had was the long wait for delivery. Ordered on 17th December and didn't arrive till middle of March.

I made a mistake when I ordered online and rang Flanagan’s when I realised it. The lady I spoke to was very friendly and assured me she’d sort it out. The next day I got a message to confirm that my order had been corrected. When my furniture arrived it was exactly as described on the website and great quality. Such efficient service, quality and value for money are the reasons for my five star rating. Thanks Flanagans!

Competitive prices, quick delivery and the delivery driver was brilliant. Only my wife was home when the delivery arrived and he helped carry up the heavy units upstairs. 10/10 & big thanks to the delivery guy!

I ordered a dresser and a mirror on the 4th November 2020. The dresser arrived but no sign of the mirror, despite the website saying it would take 1-3 weeks. I was hoping to have it in time for Christmas. It's been over FIVE MONTHS and it hasn't yet arrived. I just sent them an email enquiry which bounced back stating that they can't answer emails because of Covid. (Makes no sense). Will follow up with a phone call but not gonna hold my breath. I just wish I'd vetted them properly online before ordering.

I ordered a set of lockers and bookshelves (both of which were in stock on the website) at the beginning March and received absolutely no further updates about expected delivery times and dates, until I phoned a few times and even still two of the items were meant to be delivered two weeks ago and are still not here. After calling and emailing multiple times I still do not know when they will be delivered. I had to cancel two of the items which will now not be in the country til JUNE. Advertising stock for sale which are not available is misleading and the follow-up / customer relationship is absolutely atrocious. Order elsewhere, its not worth it.
