Change of tickets

I had the most amazing experience. I booked the wrong time by mistake and they were able to change my ticket within 24 hours. It was so easy and so quick. So happy with Fixr. I was helped by Tramaine, who was the absolute best!

Prompt response to an issue - good customer service

Booked tickets for a Christmas event through FIXR. Very easy operation with tickets landing by email immediately after purchase. Had a small issue with my booking which FIXR replied to very promptly, even though my query was really one for the event organiser rather than the ticketing agent,

I had an issue with a failed transfer…

I had an issue with a failed transfer ticket process and had to get in touch with the support team and they were very helpful. They were able to help me get the ticket that was lost in the process. Now I have all my tickets and excited to attend the event. The agents that helped me were so kind, patient and helpful. I’m pretty happy with their customer service. Once again, thank you so much.
