Never again

I recently bought tickets for Bath and West show . The show changed their ticketing system . Now they are using FIXR. I bought 2 tickets and fully paid . An email arrived from FIXR about my tickets . It says see your tickets . I clicked on the link . New window opened . Asking me download FIXR app to see my paid tickets….. why ? I did it . Then the app asked me to register . I did that too . Then asked me to login but it could not accept the password . CAT9870. I tried 10 times . No chance. The called FIXR . I talked to a person HAYLEY ANN . She was Godsend. Very polite , helpful . Sent me direct link to my tickets.
I wish I could give 10 stars but only for her . Thanks again Hayley . You are a star

Gig was cancelled 2 days before the…

Gig was cancelled 2 days before the event and I keep getting passed around by Fixr.co, including them wanting me to send my bank details to a random virgin media email address! I paid my money to Fixr.co and they are legally responsible.

Rigid Customer Service Hours

If you need help quickly and it's a Friday @1pm. Forget it. You're on your own. No one will help you. I was left stranded with 18 tickets to resolve for an event on Saturday 2 May. Why would FIXR have rigid customer service hours when majority of events are held on weekends and after hours?

Great experience today with an email query. Speedy reply asking for more info which I forgot to add. Query resolved within 3 hours. Would recommend. First time using FIXR, haven’t been to the event yet but I would defo use again based on today's experience.

Great Event!

Bought tickets months ago for the March 21st Hamilton date. Closer to event I couldn't find my e-tickets in my e-mail. Got hold of a FIXR agent and...BOOM! Had a quick response and my tickets. Event location was very cool. Not too sure they did so much of the 80's or 90's but the crowd was probably more suited for the 2000's because they were all born in the 2000's! I was for sure one of the older women at the event getting her groove on! It was a rush and reminded me of how much I used to club. I still love to dance and feel everyone's joy on the dance floor. (not in a pervy way) lol.

We booked two tickets for an event and…

We booked two tickets for an event and it seems when we made the booking it overlapped with another booking and the tickets were no longer available. The money from my account had already gone off my account. We managed to book other tickets and emailed FIXR for a refund of the tickets. The team was helpful and responded to my email and assured me that the funds would be refunded. The turn around time for the refund was 3-12 business days and the payment was made within 3 days.
