Was extremely saddened to hear the news that the Discovery Festival Plymouth 2026 had been postponed until 2027.
Sadly, due to other commitments, we are unable attend the new dates given so I contacted FIXR via email requesting a refund.
With a few days Amelia contacted me via email to advise that a refund was being processed and I could expect it within the account within 5-10 working days. I was suprised to see that it was actually back into my account less than 48 hours from them issuing a refund.
I didn't get the full amount paid but it was only £2.49 transaction fee so no great deal to be honest.

Event was cancelled last minute - full refund, including booking fees, was issued immediately upon request. Would certainly trust to book through them again. :-)
Misleading event time and ZERO customer support!
I am deeply disappointed with FIXR. I purchased a ticket for the "GIMME! GIMME! GIMME! ABBA Inspired Boat Party London" (Order ref: 6f24b5bc) because the organizer's website explicitly advertised the boarding time as 11:30 PM (night event).
However, once the ticket was issued inside the FIXR app, the time was suddenly changed to 11:30 AM (morning). This is a massive contradiction and blatant misleading advertising. Because of this error, I am completely unable to attend due to prior daytime commitments.
I have contacted their support team multiple times to urgently request a full refund before the event starts, but I have received absolutely zero response. It is unacceptable to leave customers stranded with no support when the mistake is entirely on their end.
If this is not resolved and refunded immediately, I will be forced to raise a chargeback dispute directly through my bank. Avoid this platform if you value your money and time!

The service was excellent, I received my refund payment in exactly 2 business days as promised for an event that was canceled on last minute and I found out about the cancelation on the day at the venue!! I was extremely disappointed and the lady I spoke to Hayley-Ann was friendly and kind. Thank you so much

Cancelled concert- refund prompt.
Sadly our concert was cancelled so there is immediate anxiety about getting your money refunded. FIXR have been brilliant about getting our refund and the booking fee, refunded promptly, (although not in my account at the time of writing) but confident it will be soon. So big pat on the back to them as an agent for uncomplicated refunds issued.

Unfortunately our event Discovery Festival Plymouth 26 was cancelled. We took the option to receive refunds on tickets and purchases which was very quickly dealt with, no fuss or quibble. Great customer service.

I normaly love fixr i do ive been waiting for my commission pay out since 15th of may and when i ask them about it they say that the finance team haven’t processed it, but I see so many people on trust pilot getting paid out they dont even reply to messages on fixr support

Recently bought tickets for a festival with this company and the festival ended up being postponed. I couldn't make the new date and emailed them to ask for a refund. Within 24 hours I was given a full refund of tickets and the booking fees. Thanks very much.

I have just found out a festival has been cancelled and emailed this company straight away, I have received an immediate reply with two solutions, I have chosen a refund and this has now been actioned, quick and efficient, impressed, just waiting for funds to returned to my bank account.

A misunderstanding when we booked the Farm-Fest event, which we only realised when we checked our back account.
Expecting a nightmare to resolve our issue of one ticket to many but the service we received was the exact opposite. Amelia your a star, the process was so easy compared to others.
A genuine mistake resolved within a few days & a conformation email to say a refund was issued but won’t show in our account for 2-3 days.
Speak as you find, couldn’t have asked for more.
