Product fine, delivery information poor
Recently ordered a replacement water valve for a Samsung washing machine. Part received was as described and fixed my issue. Lost stars as delivery was 7 working days (10 days) and the parcel tracking number I received on day 1 appeared invalid on courier website and only went live on day 9 making me worry it wasn't going to be delivered/ consider buying same part elsewhere. Customer service also took 2 days to respond on delivery status when queried.
Horrible service
Requested and paid for an item on 05/08/2025. Received email saying it had been handed over to courier on 06/08/2025. Courier does not have any knowledge of the shipment. Have sent multiple emails to customer support but no response.
Postscript: finally got it 19/08/2025. Seriously, wouldn't waste my money on this crowd. Totally shocking service.

Terrible Service
I ordered a washing machine gasket/seal for a repair on the 10th July, with a 1-2 working day delivery. As of today the 31st July the package is undelivered. It was delivered from Germany, not Ireland as the (.ie) would have you believe. Landed in Dublin airport on the 13th July (late of course) with DHL and the tracking number hasn't been updated since. Contacted fixpart.ie customer service on the 18th to inquire about the package, was told on the 21st that they are initiating an investigation! On the 23rd customer service contacted me again and said all is well, we have contacted the courier company and the package has been found and is on it's way to you. 8 days later and still no package. The last time I checked it didn't take 8 days for a package to get from Dublin Airport to West Cork. Contacted them on the 29th July, to complain about the service and the lost package. Requested that they send out another gasket. Customer service responded : We are again in contact with the supplier (Courier) and hope to have a solution as soon as possible. Unfortunately this is taking a bit longer than expected. Sorry again for the inconvenience. If 21 days for a package is only a bit longer then expected, I don't know what else to say!

Very helpful sent a picture of part needed and they sent me a chart all numbered to each part was able to pick correct part the only thing was waiting over a week on delivery but I think that was the courier side when I messaged fixpart about waiting they were very helpful the part came after about 8 days but was exactly what was needed thank you fixpart

If I could put zero I would I ordered a small part for my smeg grill that cost under ten euros the postage via fasway was nearly as much as the part the suppliers web site claimed a very fast delivery yet nearly a week later still no part and despite this company claiming you can track your order when I try this fasways track system says no information available I have emailed twice now both the customer service and fastway and neither company have responded I would be very very cautious before ordering anything on line from this company and if fastway are the problem then start using a courier that delivers on time but lastly have the decency to answer customers queries on delivery's and not with a check your spam email inbox if you haven't heard in a couple of days because that is generally not the issue it is my belief that fastway wait untill it is financially viable to deliver when you live as I do in a small village that is quite rural.
Well an update someone answered my query re delivery/tracking and gave me a new tracking company and it shows this item that I ordered on a 1-3 day delivery is coming from France via the Netherlands and won't be with me until between the 23-27th July.How disgusting is that I've been chasing fastway for the last ten days trying without success to get a response and all along this part had not even been received by them.what a dishonest way to run a company im absolutely shocked that they can getaway with trading so dishonestly.Beware before you order anything and check they really do have the item in stock
False Delivery Times
Ordered parts on Tuesday 9th July, received email on Wednesday 10th that the package has been handed to courier. The tracking number still has no information on it one week later. I have contacted Fastway and also Fixpart twice querying this. I have yet to receive a response which is quite frustrating, on reading reviews this seems to be a regular occurrence. I think they need to review the courier partnership.

These 23 euro hinges were the the salvation of a 490 euro Bosch undercounter freezer. The original hinges first developed a loud squeak during operation, this progressed quickly to a reluctance to fully close. Although the freezer was 10 years old, it was working perfectly and extremely economical. A google search brought me to your website where I soon found the replacement hinges. After the simple process of ordering, the hinges arrived a week later. (by the way, German postal security regulations meant the parcel was opened and repackaged which delayed delivery by 2 days). Fitting the hinges was simplicity itself, clear instructions are given if needed.
Thanks to Fixpart I now have a perfectly functioning freezer, five star service.

I ordered a replacement seal for my DēLonghi coffee machine on a Friday. It arrived Monday morning, was easy to install and the machine is back to working perfectly. Great service and much cheaper than buying a new machine! Very happy with this company.

I was not sure of the part I needed because the picture on the website was unclear and did not give any indication of size. I contacted customer services with my appliance number, pictures, and an explanation that there are 2 different but similar parts for the appliance ( door seals) and wanted to confirm which was the correct one for the defective one I showed in the picture. I was given the code to use, but when I received the replacement part it was incorrect. I am now in the process of trying to arrange a return and am being told the part should fit and to send more pictures. Not a good experience. Now I have asked them to live up to the website information of arranging a return or refund within 14 days of receipt of the item - NOTHNG! this is one of the worst online ordering experiences I have ever had. Avoid this website
