Ordered a part for a candy washing machine. I received the wrong part completely different to what was pictured on the website.
I completed the returns form and was asked for pictures of part which I already sent in original. After a few days I was asked for the serial plate and then a few days later I was told that the part I ordered was the wrong part. It was not and now they want me to pay to return the product. They also informed me they don't even do the part I ordered

This company is a scam.
I ordered replacement knobs for my oven. After weeks of me chasing they told me they didn’t have them in stock. I then cancelled the order and Went to a competitor who delivered next day. Still waiting for a refund.
This is not an Irish company at all, and someone should take back the .ie from they.
Avoid at all cost!!

Worst website ever. I received a refund on January 20, 2026, and still haven't received my 120 euros back, including shipping. They reply to my email every week saying they haven't received the item.They don't care about the customer, for me it's a scam, can someone help me get my money back?

I order some parts for my dishwasher. Never received them or got an answer from the company.

Ordered the correct parts, delivered late and wrong parts delivered, e mail sent immediately in January and to date NOTHING!!! Bloody rotton company!!!

Ordered a part on 13th february, never came after waiting a few weeks.
So I got in touch and was told it wasn't in stock and that they had to order it from Holland i believe?
Several weeks later, got in touch again and was told they would investigate and get back to me "as quickly as possible"?
A week and a half later and still no response!!!
This is the worst service/customer service I've ever been so unfortunate to experience!!!
Steer well clear!!!!

Really easy search function, was able to find the part for my Fridge handily enough. Despatched and delivered quickly. Will use again.

Ordered a part in early March, now April and it hasn't arrived yet, when I messaged customer service it takes them 5 or 6 days to reply. Seems they don't have the part even though it showed instock on their website.. avoid at all costs.
